Hands down, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything just clicked. The atmosphere was calm and elegant, with just the right touch of luxury. The staff? Absolute legends — polite, attentive, and genuinely happy to help with anything. The room was pure comfort — crisp sheets, perfect lighting, and that heavenly scent that makes you feel instantly relaxed. The view from my window looked like it was straight out of a postcard. Breakfast was divine, the pool was sparkling, and even the smallest details — from the room decor to the background music in the lobby — made the whole stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place that blends comfort, class, and heart… look no further. This hotel doesn’t just meet expectations — it destroys them (in the best way possible).

The room is spacious. But no amenities such as toothbrush, shower cap or disposal slipper available. I like that the room has mini fridge which I can keep my drinks cold. Breakfast is satisfactory, with quite a few choices. But the taste is average, the sarawak laksa soup is too bland.

Receptionist was good, room no ready hair dryer, so you have to call front desk to request it. Breakfast need to be improvement.

The room and toilet is good, however the air conditioning is too old and it is slow to reduce the temperature inside the room. Nevertheless, the hotel reception is responsive by calling and offer to switch the room.

Bad view room provided. No view of thr nice lawas river for sunset. Facilities are not up to the standard. The breakfast? Don't even mention about it. It is really not worth the try of their food.

For short trip for business travel im okey with this hospitality.

Considering the price that we paid, it’s good enough for us. Not the best but I have no complaints either. locations wise, it is perfectly situated right in the middle of the town, where food and other amenities are easy to get. There is a swimming pool, and the waterfront is just right across to stroll along. Overall it is a comfortable place to stay with not too much noise.
