The hotel was very nice and the facilities (including a good restaurant) are really great and we were happy that we were allowed to bring our dog. The only minor 'downside' of hotel is that the location is a bit uninspiring and that there aren't many free of charge parking spots available nearby (the hotel parking is not cheap at 20 Euros per night). The hotel is very well located for going by car or tram to downtown Düsseldorf or to go to the airport by car. Taxis also run very frequently from the front of the hotel. When making the booking of the room I did not see in advance that there would be a 10 Euros charge for our dog, but maybe I missed that myself. The 10 Euros charge was no problem and is fair enough, but it's always good to know in advance. Overall spoken we were completely satisfied with our experience though and we would definitely come here again.

Relaxed, thoughtful, practical, good beds, a very good stay. Check-out by 12:00 PM, first good team meeting at the hotel.

The hotel breakfast is good and the service is very good. Fresh coffee and milk are provided separately. The room has a sofa bed and a large bed, which is very convenient for family travel. The parking fee is very expensive, 24 euros a day. It is about 15 minutes drive from the city center. The decoration is very old and the hygiene is average. The supporting facilities are also average.

When we arrived at the hotel, the sofa bed had been made for the two children, as well as two towels of different sizes. When we found that the kettle was not working, we called the front desk, and the guy on duty immediately came up and gave us a brand new electric water heater. The efficiency was touching! In addition, if there is a vacant space on the roadside in front of the hotel on Sundays, you can park for free. I only knew this after the front desk reminded me. Thank you very much!

It's not bad. I booked it temporarily for a business trip. It's better than I thought. There is no water or toiletries, so you need to prepare them in advance. The room is big enough and not bad. There is a bed and a sofa.
