Good location, all attractions place within working distance 10-20 minutes.

The reception has been moved due to construction at the front of the hotel. But everything is good. Perfect location

Check in to check out was so smooth. Room was great, clean and very comfortable, staff were very accomodating and friendly. Location was great!! Highly recommended! Will be my "go to" whilst in Edinburgh!

Good location and price！

Due to train cancelled, I did not check in, and we can not get refund, I advise if you want to stay there, you should pay a refundable room.

The staffs are nice. The room is not bed. However, the window cannot close so there are a little bit noisy at the morning.

Very clean and cozy stay with Cityroomz, the bathroom is super clean and modern. location is great but quite some walking to royal mile and other attractions. The downside will be we keep having trouble using hotel access card, we need keep going back to the reception to take and the dishwashing machine in room is not working as well.

Perfect location if you travel to visit Edinburgh without rent a car. Transfer bus and other public transfer all just "next door". Two mini markets in few steps. One of those work 25/7. Very easy to reach city center. Nice view from window. Tiny room, comfortable bed. The only thing if you need toiletries like body, hair condition, toothpaste and brush you have to buy it somevere. There are two dispensers in shower and next to the sink.

Location is great, close to railway station. Hygiene is fine and room is spacious, however no slipper or toothbrush, toothpaste are provided, expected to be provided sunce its hotel not hostel

Stayed here recently during our trip to Edinburgh. The hotel has a great location with walking distance to most of the places. However, it was disappointing that our room basically had no wifi connection and also very weak signal when we had to turn our personal data on. The bathroom was not fully cleaned, with rubbish in the bin left by previous guests. The receptionists couldn’t careless about your struggles with making yourself comfortable at their hotel. The room was extremely tiny, and I wouldn’t say “you got what you paid for” because the weekend room rate here was over three times (£170) as their week day rate (£50). It’s just crazy how much we paid vs. how minimum of the service we received here…

The hotel is located at Prince Street which is excellence. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby as well as there is a airport bus station just in front of the hotel main entrance.
