The location was great, just off the Royal Mile so easy to get around the city. Service was good, Check-in and Out was easy, however we booked two separate single beds but ended up in a bunk bed which was slightly annoying, otherwise all in all pretty good for a Hostel.

The location is perfect! Walking distance to different shops and sites. And there’re delicious restaurants nearby. You can also eat and drink in the bar inside of hostel. The staff is very nice.
It’s good that the shower bathrooms and toilet rooms are separated (and they have 2 toilet rooms and 2 shower rooms) so that I won’t worry about peeing myself.
However, it’s inconvenient that not every bed also hv charging port on bed. The room has charging port but some bed has individual port while some don’t have.

The location was great for sightseeing.
Although we had booked a twin room we actually had 4 beds. The room was clean & warm.
One lift wasn’t working but the other was quick & efficient.
The bar was good during the day but quite noisy at night & into the early hours.
We liked being able to use the luggage store.
I noticed there was a laundry which we didn’t need to use but I feel this is a good facility.

Staff are friendly, you have to make your own bed. Towels, hairdryer you have to pay. Room is very basic and my bed makes squeaky sound. Shower is good enough, but the sensor light turns off while you are showering haha. Location is good

Location is great but not recomended for traveller with a big case coz it is walking distance but you are gonna climb up 😄 and the street is so bumpy
It’s standard hostel… no amenities , if you want it you pay it. Even you make your own bed 😅
But it’s fine … it’s clean and walking distance into many tourist attraction
