The concierge/services team provided a welcome gift, which we do appreciate. However the gift’s expiry date has already passed and we subsequently asked for a replacement. The receptionist answered basically “take it or leave it”, and actually decided to take away the gift while we left our bag with the concierge on the check-out date.
Minimal amenities provided and subpar cleaning provisions.

Near to the main tourist attractions. Room is big with a complete kitchen that comes with an oven and washing machine. Room has a white noise speaker that helps with falling asleep. We stayed for a night before heading to skye and regret not coming back for our 2 nights in edinburgh after we came back from skye. Lovely hotel, quiet surroundings with plenty of food options. Will stay again for sure!

Great studio apartment, quiet, comfy and modern. Friendly team. Good location, I’d stay again. It would be improved if they provided tea and coffee making to match your length of stay - they expect you to go and buy your own coffee for the room once you’ve used the minimal allowance, for a 300+ per night place it’s unexpected.

Very noisy in the morning because it’s on the ground floor right next to the staff room, you can hear clearly hear door shutting and wake up from your sleep.
Location is very good, that’s for sure.
I’m a bit disappointed when the reception heard the second day of our stay was my wife’s birthday nothing happened - not even a card with a few nice words, you still need to ask tea bags yourself, that’s lame compared to the Locke in Manchester where we got a free drink coupon - that’s the right way to treat your regular customer!

The room was so cozy and lovely🥰 was amazed by how kitchen was fully equipped! Really appreciated that they even provided us with welcome champagne

Just only that, it would have been perfect if there were a ventilator in the bathroom. It was difficult to use for 3 days because the moisture and smell were not removed. Also, the room was never cleaned even though we stayed for 3 nights in a row.

Lastly, we were expecting to see gym in the hotel according to the website/app, but somehow gym was not there. Even though it is a mistake made from the website, the hotel still should make proper apologies to customer for misleading. The lady working from night~midnight(maybe overnight) didn’t make any apologies but kept saying it’s just not there as if we had made a mistake.
