Ramada by Wyndham Van Reviews

This hotel looked like it needs some refurbishing but it does have a strong point in that it right on Lake Van. I had a few issues during my stay but were resolved immediately. The room I was first given smelled of drainage pipes so they immediately gave me another. In the evening, I realised my hair dryer was broken. They immediately sent someone to fix it. The next day, the water from my toilet no longer worked. They sent someone to fix it immediately while I had breakfast. They are very quick to solve any problems. I loved the breakfast, so much variety. And I am grateful that they let me have my room a bit earlier which many hotel won’t even if they could. The staff are great.

A slightly above average hotel. Don't expect much but it's worth staying for the lake view rooms.

I stayed at Ramada Van for one night. The hotel is modern, comfortable, spotlessly clean. It offers beautiful sunsets over Van lake. Rooms are so modern, and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is very good, and rates are reasonable. It is not close to the city centre, almost a 15 minute car/taxi ride from there. Highly recommended.

Nice, clean, modern looking hotel, by the shore of the Van Lake. We had room 105, which was very clean, with nice view of the lake and all expected amenities. Breakfast buffet was very good with many tasty choices and the staff was friendly, professional and helpful.

The hotel is great ,in a nice location,super nice room , staff were all friendly and helpful ,I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in Van Turkey

The hotel was far from city center, but it had nice view of the lake. There was no ATM nearby & the hotel's rate for USD exchange wasn't good. To make it worse, I had to pay cash because the hotel failed to charge my credit cards (there were no problems with my cards). Room & bed were ok, but pillows were all flat & thin. They should have replaced the pillows. Overall, it was a decent, clean hotel with good services.

Hizmeti en iyi olan Vanda ki tek otel RAMADA... personel kadrosu, temizliği, odaları, konumu, hizmeti çok iyi.. Vanda ilk tercihiniz RAMADA olsun. Ben tavsiye üzerine burayı tercih ettim son derece memnun kaldım bir daha gelsem Van a yine tercihim Ramada olacaktır.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Ramada Van ailesine çok teşekkür ederim. Personellerin hepsi güler yüzlü ve işlerinde çok iyiler. Odaların manzarası güzeldi, kahvaltılarında ki çeşitleri çok fazla, her konuda çok güzeldi.

Bir gece konakladık. Buna rağmen sanki uzun zamandır buradaydık. Personelin ilgisi, yardımseverliği bir harika. Başta Özge Hanım ve Cebrail Bey olmak üzere bizimle, çocuğumla özveriyle ilgilendirler. Sena Hanım resepsiyonda bizlere hep yardımcı oldu. Müdür Bey’in güler yüzü ve titizliği ise işletmenin ne kadar güzel yönetildiğinin göstergesiydi. Yemek çeşitliliği ve kalitesi de bir harikaydı. Bir daha konaklayacağımız günü bekliyoruz.

Mükemmel kahvaltı mükemmel yemekler mükemmel oda mükemmel personel ve mükemmel otel müdürü ve en önemlisi fiyat. Her şey için teşekkür ediyoruz. Göl kıyısında muhteşem manzaralı. Van şehrine gelirseniz mutlaka konaklama yapmanız gereken bir yer.

Son derece nezih, kaliteli ve temiz bir otel.. Gerek çalışma arkadaşları gerek otel müdür ilgi ve alakasıyla kaldığım süre içerisinde oldukça memnuniyet sağladı.. Odaların hijyeni, kahvaltı çeşitleri ve daha bir çok konuda Van'ın en iyi oteli konumunda.
