I stayed here for 9 nights this time. The room is big but the hot water supply is not stable Parking is available in front of the hotel without extra payment There is a golf course next to it. You can try 9 holes for 15 euros. You need to bring your own gloves. The rooms are a bit old, but generally Spanish hotels are old. It takes 30 minutes to get back to the hotel from Barcelona. The whole highway is fine Those are the only things you need for breakfast. You don’t need to add 18 euros.

Comfortable room (spacious) and excellent bedding. In terms of equipment, a refrigerator is installed but unfortunately empty. Breakfast (in a pleasant room with a view of the estate) is self-service with a multitude of ingredients available.

So this is about the 5th time I have stayed at this hotel and as I work for a company based in Sant Sadurni, it had become my usual lodging for business trips, but I will never stay here again out of principle. I brought my wife here for the first time (previously I have always been alone on business) and had booked a double room with garden view for me and my wife for a leisure trip which incidentally was also tied in to a trip for medical reasons, so we wanted as little stress as possible. On check-in, I got my wife a glass of Cava at the bar while I said I would do check-in. I was given the keycard to room 14 and when I walked in I was immediately disappointed as I saw two twin beds and not a large double bed which I had ironically almost always had as a single guest let alone as a husband and wife! Furthermore the "garden view" was a real stretch...I had a view out of the bedroom window to a bit of half dead grass and the main road! So I went back to reception and said I want to change my room and they said that a) there was no guarantee of a double bed in a double bedroom in spite of me being husband and wife, in spite of me booking a double bedroom NOT a twin room and in spite of this excuse never being used in any other hotel I have ever stayed in! and b) she suggested they might have a disabled room available with a double bed, but that this would cost an extra 20 euros per night on the rate I agreed. Now call me a pain of a guest, but when a hotel doesn't have a clue about the raw basics of hospitality, and have truly messed up, and are clearly too used to having single golfing visitors rather than couples staying there (so far two few double beds and clearly poor bed design, as decent hotels have twin beds that can be linked together to create a king size bed), then I should not have to pay MORE. If anything, the management team should be offering me a DISCOUNT for the inconvenience and stress and this is the difference between 5* hospitality and a team that is clearly untrained and incompetent. I felt a little bad to raise my voice to the receptionist, but honestly it took me raising my voice to get a manager involved and honestly the lazy front office manager who was sat in her office next to the reception area doing nothing should have come out immediately to deal with the problem in the first place and not left it to an inexperienced receptionist who was doing her best to deal with my problem in English which in fairness to her was a foreign language and not her native tongue. Once we were in the disabled room no.21, much as the view over the pool and countryside was lovely, as was having some seats to sit out on the terrace, there were a number of other negative observations:- 1) the terrace area is shared with all adjacent ground floor rooms, so there is no privacy and this means you can't leave your patio door open for fresh air and it also means the cats that roam the hotel grounds pester you all the time, especially if yo

Family room was spacious for 4 adults. Breakfast was top notch. We were t there for golf, but wanted to stay outside Barcelona to visit Montserrat. Still a bit of a drive, but we liked it being a bit remote.

We stayed at this hotel because a flight was cancelled. It was a terrible experience. We arrived and the line at check in was 40 minutes long. The room is not bad, but it has serious maintenance problems, the showers are very bad, the bathtub had a horrible black hole, and worst of all is the huge amount of ants throughout the room. From the bed you could see how the ants in endless rows moved from the ceiling to the ventilation. The hotel is also only good for playing golf, it is very far from anywhere, everything is at least 20 euros away by car. Finally, the treatment of the employees, with the sole exception of a nice lady who was there on Monday, was very bad. They cut you off when you spoke to the reception after giving you very brief information and talking fast. They gave us wrong information and then did not take care of it. A disaster.

So this review is split into two very distinct parts, but overall this is my go-to hotel in the Barcelona area as it has great access to all the major tourist and transport zones of the region, so highly recommended. Rooms Huge rooms, even their basic standard rooms. Comfy beds. Quiet location. Spacious and well equipped bathroom. Good number of sockets and locations. Good lighting. Light and airy, modern decor. Parking You don't need to pay a fortune for the rip-off underground car park which is usually virtually empty. Park for free on the street, as this is a super safe area Location Great access to main roads towards Barcelona, Tarragona, Sant Sadurni & everywhere else in Spain. 10 minutes away from Martorell for trains to Barcelona etc. Setting is stunning with a golf course and views of beautiful Montserrat mountain. Spa & Leisure Indoor pool and spa facilities are at extra cost, only open a few hours a day, have to book in advance. Such a pointless and overpriced facility, and a shame not to have an indoor pool for guests to use in the winter or on bad weather days. The outdoor pool is lovely but obviously a spring/summer facility Food & Beverage Please fire your entire team from chefs, to waiters and most of all the F&B manager. Not least in a country where you can eat so well, the head chef is clearly useless, the waiting staff are slow and clueless and the management team can't deal with numbers when it's busy and the food is shockingly bad, both at dinner and at breakfast, where the coffee machines turn out revolting, undrinkable coffee, the food is not replenished quick enough and is mediocre quality (the salmon looked like it had been put out for 3 days in a row). The audacity to charge extra as I'm forced to go to the bar to get a proper, decent coffee is outrageous! So, in summary, bedrooms great, book ROOM ONLY at this hotel. Do NOT have breakfast or dinner or any other meal here. The bar is fine though for a drink, and the balcony you can sit on with views to Montserrat is beautiful and especially pretty as the sun sets. As a final point, versus the prices you pay in Barcelona this is at least half the price, so great value. But overall I would call this a 3* superior hotel, definitely not a 4* superior so don't expect that level of quality or finesse.

People of the staff amazing, service in the restaurant to be improved but top people. Special thanks to Arthur reception and for the lovely Veronica, Laia, Marisa, Lorenc and Eugenia in the restaurant. They are definitely the soul of this hotel.

We had held conference with approx. 100 participants. The meeting room was very big with a nice view on the green, which we unfortunately had to cover due to our IT-set up. The staff is super friendly, helpful and professional. Even last minute changes were not a problem at all and they were super flexible with any requests. Catering (tea break/lunch) was served outside close to the pool area. It was a very nice set-up and view. The hotel rooms are big, clean and modern. We would for sure come again! Thank you.

A bit dated and not the most attractive of buildings and beware of additional daily charge for underground parking! Also order your drinks from the main menu or daily cocktail offers We ordered 4 G & T’s and received a bill in the morning for 65€ Breakfast was very nice though
