Zephyr Mazagan

The air conditioning wasn’t working and they gave us a fan to use, which was broken. We had to go to the lobby again to get another fan. Water in shower oscillated from cold to scalding while showering. Facilities were beautiful and we had a balcony with a view of the ocean.

Great staff loved the cleanness

Hello. I had the chance to stay at this place recently and I notice an inconceivable regression in the services provided by this hotel, a quality which is deteriorating from day to day and this is explained by administrative management which leaves many questions asked about its work and its role. note remarks on the work of the so-called director who never ceases to treat the staff like employees on his farm: yelling in the corridors shouting orders in all directions without saying that the summer visitors are coming to rest. I really put in questions the choice and the criteria on which the managers relied to put in place a person who pitifully and horribly manages a hotel of such scale and Remarks which are confirmed by making an overview of the lamentable quality linked to the catering service of the supposedly very miserable dishes a very very modest breakfast buffet for 65 dhs....???? A situation linked to poor management despite the efforts made by Ms. Hajar. Very urgent measures must be put in place and taken quickly for good management, starting with the management which is leading the hotel to premature decline...

Good hotel with pools and restaurant adjacent to the beach

I m a regular visitor to ELJadida but this is the first time I decided to stay at Zephyr and wasn't disappointed. The hotel ticks all the boxes: spotless, majestic view of the sea and the forest, friendly staff, high debit internet connexion, soft and comfy beds with satellite TV, hot water in the shower, pools, green The hotel is popular with Teachers as they get a significant discount but even if you book through booking com or ******* you still get value for your money This is a place where you can exhale or jog and run as the beach is within a stone's throw. Definitely would stay there again and highly recommend it. The only downside is the hotel located a few miles from the city and young need a car if you fancy going anywhere

We used as well the great facilities offering by the hotel; the spa is a must to do! you won t find it anywere the same, great service and staff Thank you to the staff, and I ll be delighted to come soon again

Everything was nice, had to extend my stay and the night staff was super helpful and friendly. The cleaning person Imane was very nice and made sure that everything is clean in my room she is the MVP of this hotel.
