1.下午4點洗澡沒有熱水……打電話問了。約60分鐘才有了熱水……打電話3次。
2.早上退房，前台沒人，給老闆發訊息讓按金退微信上。不回。中午打電話又説了一次，説稍後退。下午17點還沒收到，又打一次説微信沒錢，一會兒給轉。
3.第二天還沒收到按金，服了，發訊息説不要了讓工商局聯繫你們。不回。遂投訴。笑死了，投訴完，按金就發回來了。我是真不理解，生意和服務是這麼做的？我的評價如圖所示。

住了一夜空調不製冷，到前台換房，前台説房已滿，我説那你們想辦法解決，最後拿了風扇吹了一夜，36度的高温就這麼熬了一夜！第二天本想還續住一天，前台説今天房價漲了，我説那昨夜沒得空調能否便宜，他説當時你可以選擇不住，半夜11：30我到哪裡去找新的。到最後我退完房按原價280的房價付款，等出了酒店我來查看，結果**顯示確是220的房價！這酒店套路太深！沒得空調還以原價來欺詐顧客，這樣的服務水準真是讓我這個節日過的太不爽！建議大家檫亮雙眼，他家的電器設施最好檢查再入住！太啃人！恩施服務業的恥辱！

環境什麼的都不是很好，根本值不到兩百七的價格，被子全部發黃了，住裏面還有好多蟲子，而且走的時候也沒有提醒説門口需要收停車費或者讓我們拿憑證免費出去，整體就是覺得很不好
