The hygiene is very poor. The wash basin is full of sand left by the previous guest. The bed sheets are also stained.

Because I didn't plan the travel time, I chose this hotel temporarily. It is located in the suburbs of Erlian, about 1km from the city and about 2km from the restaurants with higher average prices. The front looks good, the name is Grand Hotel, the room size is OK, not small, the carpet in the room is very dirty, the bedside is falling off, the bathroom drips from upstairs to downstairs, the washbasin does not drain smoothly, the hot and cold water are reversed, the east-west layout, the logistics cargo station on one side and the road on the other side😂The room is not soundproof and the new guests can hear clearly in the room. The name is Grand Hotel, but it is actually a family hotel in the suburbs😂. Dirty, broken, messy, and noisy Service: Go to the front desk every day to get a bottle of mineral water and get it yourself😂 The only thing I am satisfied with is that there is central air conditioning and an elevator in the room. Erlian, which everyone has not been to, is not a big city. It is recommended to try to find a room in the city center, at least it is more convenient to have breakfast.

The carpet in the room was very dirty, full of stains and hair. Other than that it was OK. You get what you pay for.

The room is large, the hardware facilities are good, the hygiene is a bit poor, and the service needs to be improved

Go to Mongolia and check in at Erlian. Parking is convenient. There are few restaurants around, so eating is not very convenient.

I don't know when I can get an invoice. The room fee is nearly 500 yuan. Without the invoice, the finance depar**ent cannot report the expenses. I am worried.

Erlian is not big, so this should be considered a suburb. It should be quite old.
