GGuest User帶孩子來黃山參加擊劍比賽，由於組委會指定的酒店價格挺貴，就找了名宿。這家名宿太驚艷了，首先衞生做的特別好，很乾凈。還以為是新裝修的，老闆娘説已經營業三年了。而且裝修的風格也特別喜歡，日式簡約風。早餐也特別豐富，民宿有衹很乖的狗狗，吃早飯會等着我們分享一些給他吃。民宿地點是在秀裏，黟縣打車很難打。我們做10號公交線從黟縣東站出發，在秀裏影視城下車，老闆娘開車來接我們。晚上到得晚，還煮了餛飩和麪，15元/份，價格也OK。第二天比賽我們打不到車，也是老闆娘開車送我們去的，特別感謝！秀裏7月19日-8月24日有潑水節活動，民宿附近的徽州味道，上過舌尖上的中國第一季，老闆也會給潑水節的券。適合自駕幾家人帶孩子來玩。準備春天或者秋天時再來！

Environment: It is just outside the west gate of Hongcun, and it is convenient to go anywhere, especially to watch the sunrise in the morning.
Service: The service is especially good. I called the boss in advance to pick us up by electric car at the west gate parking lot. We chose not to include breakfast, but the boss said that we did not include breakfast but would send breakfast. The breakfast sent was of many varieties and tasted good. It was very comfortable to eat breakfast in the riverside restaurant. The boss also helped us upgrade the room type. The accommodation experience is very good, cost-effective, and highly recommended.

GGuest UserI have lived in many homestays, and the enthusiasm and professionalism of this landlord are the most touching to me! From the route guide before check-in, the food recommendation list, to the detailed explanation at check-in, and the timely response during the stay (ask if you need an extra quilt), the service is meticulous. I can feel that the landlord really hopes that the guests will live comfortably and have fun. The room itself is also clean and tidy, warmly furnished and well equipped. This feeling of being at home is something the hotel cannot give.

MMaggieThe owner and his wife of the hotel are super nice. The boss and aunt are very kind. When you enter the yard, it is like returning to your own home. The aunt introduced the yard building as proud as introducing her own children. It is true that you can feel the uncle and aunt's care for your own yard. There are many homestays in Hongcun. But most of them feel like fast food, this one makes people feel very cultural, not anxious or impatient. Auntie also gave us a lot of travel advice. The meal is also great! If you are willing to come again next time, I wish the boss a prosperous business and good health ❤️

Service staff were very warm and friendly, and there's a WeChat where they update on sunrise timings at the nearby Danxia Peak. The path to Danxia peak was well lit even at 4am, and the room comes with thick jackets and a torch light for you to bring along. The staff made all the difference in our stay as they genuinely wanted to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
As it is the closest hotel to Danxia peak, it is very convenient to get to within 20mins for both sunrise and sunset. However if you are looking to catch the sea of clouds, it is much further away.
What We Disliked
The room layout is quite odd, and our ”window” faces the corridor and into the next unit. This meant that sound is very audible even with the window closed. But if the window is closed, there's no ventilation and makes the room uncomfortably warm. I guess it's not an issue on colder nights.
If you manage your expectations that this is a hotel on the mountaintop, where heavy goods are hand carried by workers it is ok.

The store owner was very friendly and we had an intern at the hotel service us he was very engaging. Good for people who like to chill and game one the first day and head up the mountain early on the second day. Would recommend!

GGuest UserWe are a couple from Germany travelling in China for the first time. An interesting country with particularly friendly people! Nice and very cheap room. Very small bathroom and not perfectly clean in the corners of the room. But definitively better than what we expected for the prize. Very nice stuff!
