I have been to this Fengqi Gaming Hotel several times. Xiaoyan at the front desk is enthusiastic. The room is very clean and there is no dust. The room is very large and the decoration is very new. The computer screen is very large and the quality of the game is very clear. Playing games with small snacks and friends is very happy here. The breakfast is delicious, but I can’t get up at all. There are free daily necessities at the elevator entrance. The hotel feels really warm.

MManeGaneshRecently We visited Yongkang, and found the Perfect place. Great Hospitality, Perfect location and perfect Staff. Especially Miss Zhang. And her team. (Owner lady too.) We being at new place new country with lot of language barrier but still they were ready to help, even though they don't know English but they never got angry but always communicated using translator. Especially front desk Girl Miss Zhang. She is doing great job. Only problem here was Food, since they have only breakfast which was. Pretty good, but no other meal. And we being pure vegetarian had to suffer as all hotels nearby by offer only non veg. But it has nothing to do with Hotel services, I hope I do come back here in future and experience the same.

The bath towel has holes. This is not appropriate for ordinary guest houses. You can use it, but it cannot be broken. Dirty linen is in the passageway at the door of the room, which affects the appearance. There are marks on the sink, but this should not be removed. It will not be dirty if you touch it. The breakfast is full. There are not many varieties. The price of the breakfast is more than 160. It is reasonable to have washing and drying services, but there is only one machine at the front desk, and there are many people washing it, so there is no time to wash it. There is no label on freshly ground coffee and snacks. The front desk didn’t even mention it, which means that this service is not available. However, the platform marked it again. This is misleading to consumers. So relatively speaking, the hardware is okay, but the service and management need to be strengthened. The mentality should be set right, if you have it, you will have it, if you don’t have it, you won’t have it.
