I am a native dinner and therefore know the hotel forever. The location is central, opposite to the main station and in the middle of the city. The rooms are spacious according to category. I find it great that you can open the windows. Also the beds are comfortable. Breakfast at price, there is a potential for improvement. However, 100% recommendation

This price is cheap across Europe.
The room was very clean, although close to the train station, but it was very clean nearby. The front desk brother of the hotel has a very good service attitude. However, the room space is not too big, the bathroom is relatively small.

I stayed here for a month whilst working in Essen. Receptionist friendly helpful and spoke excellent English. I was upgraded to an executive room, which was dated but clean and spacious and included a fridge. I was thankful for the air conditioning as the weather was hot at the time of my stay but would have preferred a sheet instead of the thick quilt. Breakfast was the standard offering but a rip off at €21 - you get a far better and cheaper breakfast at similar hotels. There’s a bar and an evening menu but this wasn’t always open however when it was the barman was great to have a chat with and get some local knowledge. There’s power sockets by the bedsides and WiFi was good. Location is good being just a 5 min walk to the underwhelming and disappointing city centre. It’s also only a 5 min walk to the metro which offers great value and for a fee of €9, gets you anywhere, although this was during a summer promotion. As a resident you get access to a gym across the road. The house keeping was at times quite poor with surfaces not wiped down. Overall a convenient place to stay but in need of modernisation which I think is a possibility in the future.

Old hotel, old beds, no gardens in the room, but lame lame that don't close anymore.
Very hearing, much traffic noise, also with the window closed.

Always a good stay. Sometimes, during the night a little bit noisy, but is nothing. Next to the city centre, next to a shopping center, next to good restaurants, free parking in a garage and in the street... What else :)

From this hotel, there is a lot to reach at walking distance. So favourable. Maybe good for those who arrive to place a plate already with the hotel name. The hotel itself is best trendy, clean and clean. The reception is open 24 hours. The bar doesn't make much good. That's a pity. The combination of the receptionist and the bar's control is not helpful. The room is clean and clean. What is missing is glass and the deck beds are synthetic and therefore too warm. A better air-conditioning instruction would also be useful. I don't get much smarter from the information on TV. Let the window open while sleeping means a lot of noise from the street. Furthermore, a great basic room. The breakfast is well extended and nothing wrong with it. Parking inside the caves costs 10 euros per day unnecessary and not customer friendly. This is a good alternative for a short visit to Oberhausen.

Nice new hotel. Staff (and the dog) was great. Heating in the new building seems to be a problem. Breakfast was great, room also.

Excellent hotel, greatly located just next to Duisburg Main Station. Modern, calm, close to public transportation. Hotel security is excellent, access is controlled 24 hours, facility accessible only for hotel guests. The team is very attentive, professional, efficient and well trained. Room size is bigger than standard for same hotel category. The hotel is very clean, both the public areas and the room. Bathroom modern and well equipped. I will definitely stay there again next time in the area. Definitely with my recommendations.

Outstanding
GGuest UserA new, good address. The circumstances are of sound, high quality, the style of the hotel is in line with today's standard. Notably well-functioning the lifts, notably applied to the whole reception. The prices are fair, even cheap when selected carefully. The location of breakfast rooms is not very cheap. A great advantage is that there is a walk to a fitness studio and a bar in the house where you can find drinks even late night and evening, and above the one or the other bite. Gherardino
GGuest UserWELLSTOLE UTILIZER. Modern architecture. Example of custom room and bathroom for disabled people. The receptionists spoke nicely English. Free and reserved parking just in front of the hotel. Extended breakfast buffet. My wife asked if she could not have a “soft” mattress (back pain) and they brought a “top-deck mattress” . (Thanks) There is a bar that apparently doesn't attract much audience. Furthermore, it doesn't immediately show a pleasure. Excellent and free WiFi. Fun and particularly quiet air conditioning....Lang ago we found another copy of the New Testament in a hotel room...And really couldn't have a small fridge in the room ? 4 stars and 135 euros per night. The hotel also has a 'social' policy. Some workers are disabled. In the surroundings there is certainly nothing that can be linked to 'outgrown' life. You need to go to the city center ...10 minutes car (without file) Ride to the Kennedy Square... (centre)
GGuest UserBusiness travel for Euroshop. Liked my stay and did not feel as formal as a hotel. Breakfast was good, warm breakfast was ok but got boring after the 3rd day. Staff helpful. I will go back to this hotel. Taxis and trains close to hotel. Rooms clean and bedding nice white linen. Good experience
We stayed at this hotel for two nights for a trade fair. I absolutely cannot agree with the previous speakers here. Everything was fine with us. The room in the main building was clean and well maintained. The hotel had problems with TV reception - we were made aware of this in advance and it was not a problem for us as we spent very little of our stay in the room. The television should work in the annex building - if desired we could have switched to it. The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious. Fresh fruit and chopped vegetables, a small selection of fresh rolls and various spreads and toppings and much more. You could choose soy milk as an alternative to milk. The service in the hotel was very friendly. A small drawback - our room was not made after the first night. Wasn't a problem for us as we were only staying for two nights. Maybe we just overlooked something here and it really wasn't included. Maybe these are also corona rules that we didn't know about. But as I said... Not so wild for us. The hotel is super centrally located - the city center, a large shopping center and the subway can easily be reached on foot.
GGuest UserNice staff, clean rooms. The hotel asks for 15€/night parking fee. In front of the hotel there is a small parking 12€/24 hours. I parked on the street, there is enough space beginning 6-7pm. Street park cimes with a fee during the day 10am-8pm
GGuest UserThe hotel in general reflected what I expected. A great ”Business Hotel” with good prices and quality in the average. Excellent welcome with very nice and fast staff at check-in. Very large underground parking at a fair cost. Very spacious (super) room with cleaning in the average. Windows that cannot be opened, but are indeed clearly and roundly written in the description of the rooms, and bathroom with windows, which, although not opened, gave natural light. Common spaces I found a little lumber, with the corridors where the lights light on the passage. Breakfast with buffet I would say just enough. Practicely only sweet bread and marble, cornets and yoghurt with cereals. Restaurant I didn't understand if there was no or if it was not available because he was engaged in wedding dinner. For the type of stay (two nights per commitment in the area) the hotel would also have gone more than well if it had not been for the wedding dinners above. Beyond the breakfast room there is a kind of great ceremony hall that both nights hosted weddings. I am stupid about the movement that was being created in the nearby square of the hotel, people smoking, with a walk and come on the front of the reception, but the most sad thing was the incivility of people. In the morning from the entrance of the underground parking to the entrance doors, it was a tape of cigarette mozzicons with glasses thrown into the flowerhouses and even abandoned shoes. I think that such events should be avoided or better managed.
GGuest UserB&B should be a chain economy hotel in Germany. I have lived in several cities. I have a limited budget but I want to live in a modern hotel. I can consider it. The room was quiet and slept well.
GGuest UserDespite the fair, € 180,00 - bucket price for these rooms! Convertised living house Hello-hearted windows poorly isolated rooms ice cold (in the evening and in the night heating runs to 0!) Bed deck too thin and kine extra deck in the room photos NOT correspond to the rooms! photos of L rooms are shown at M! On all portals. Rooms M as small (not possible to leave bags open!) as S, only varies in size of the bed. Deco on photos not available In reality Not clean (bathroom: urine traces at the toilet, fungus in the shower), gum at kitchen door, flirts on the table and bathroom door. Despite agreed early check-in the room was not ready No shower gel and shampoo No depot area in the bathroom No towels for example unpacked, old tea bags sticks behind bed, not useable. Extension cable was not available Although there were rooms available on portals, I was told when asked for a change, the hotel was completely located ... Location - though cheaply located to the railway station, But through the drinking hall in the neighborhood also some strange ”designs” in the street .... I was professional, but not because of a fair in food, but despite the fair - the price for these rooms and these services was an absolute bucking price. College has been charged here for €40,00 and more is not worth this hotel / room! Positive: fast internet Nespresso machine staff struggling for a further stay emir is offered an upgrade, but I will not be in this hotel return
