The room is so-so. The kettle for boiling water is broken. The sound of the bathroom flushing is very loud. The price is more than 900 including breakfast, but they don’t provide it. You can only buy breakfast from the nearby restaurant. I don’t recommend this hotel

rooms need to be remodeled , have a smell to them, we are not fancy travelers and still would prefer some where else, shuttle service is definitely not the fastest.

Old , rundown..been there before.. will not stay here again.. stayed there as park, stay and fly.had to wait an hour and a half for shuttle at midnight.. every time it came it was full. Ended up paying for an Uber. Call 3x to manager Herry over the next three weeks to complain, wouldn’t call back until a month later. Told him about my experience, probably about 10 of us with no ride. Wanted a refund for my Uber. Said he would look into it and I never got a refund or a call back. Terrible lack of response from a general manager

Not worth any amount of money to stay here. Bathrooms covered in mold and rust, window curtain falling off, all the lamps missing shades. The floors aren’t even level. Elevator smelled like it was burning. Do not recommend even if offered for free.

Hotel needs major renovating. Waiting an hour for shuttle.. 3 came and went.. all full.. ended up calling an Uber..finally on our way at 130am and have a 2 hour ride home..our plane landed at 12am. Will fight for 24 dollar Uber ride on Monday. Terrible service, never again

We stayed at the Wyndham Garden Hotel Philadelphia Airport on February 18th for one night. Upon arriving the employee who check us in was very nice but clearly recommended to park our vehicle in the front of the hotel which was concerning since the parking lot was full so we parked on the side. Upon arriving to our room we found that there were no cups or soap so we went down to the desk to get these items. Then we realized the TV was not working so we picked up the phone to call the front desk and there were no wires connected to the phone. We went down to the desk again and the employee told us all the TV service had been out for a couple days. The shuttle to the airport was on time although overbooked and people were sitting on each others lap. The driver was good and friendly. When we returned from our trip and called for the shuttle, after getting our luggage, nobody picked up the phone and it was the number we were given. I then proceeded to call the front desk and the employee at the desk told us the driver went home for an emergency. She said the only thing she could do was call another hotel to pick us up which she did but it took 50 minutes for another hotel's shuttle to pick us up. Our car was fine when we picked it up in the parking lot. We will not choose this hotel again.
