The hotel was very clean, updated, and had half N half for in-room coffee which is rarely seen in hotels I have stayed at. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The gym was great. My only complaint was with the AC. The temperature would not cool down more than a couple of degrees and made the room too warm to sleep comfortably, even with the window cracked.

The hotel was clean, felt safe and well-appointed. The room had lots of space and rugs, & other appointments were up-to-date. Was also close & easy drive to Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park, which was my reason for staying in the area.

Overall comfortable place to stay. Staff was friendly for the most part, head of housekeeping was a bit rude. Room wasn’t stocked properly with basics like hand soap.
Burn marks in curtains and weathered furniture. Was very dated but kept up fairly well.

We have stayed at this property over the last 17 years. It has always been a pleasant stay.
However, time is beginning to show on this property.
This time, during a 7 day stay, housekeeping totally failed, when we requested our room be cleaned. We do not make many demands of a facility, but this time it was truly poor.
The halls constantly had housekeeping materials and guest garbage sitting overnight unattended and not moved.
Also, this property has decided to charge guests a $10/night parking fee, which is new and was not published on my reservation confirmation.
Finally, we had paid in advance for this reservation. But after check out, we found we were charged an additional day.
A call to management about the general state of the property and our overcharge has been ignored for over a week.
In the future we will seriously consider using another property in the Scotts Valley area.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. Our room was very nice and clean. Although our "forest view" was literally a tree in front of our window facing another part of the property. The view was a joke. But! Nonetheless we had a excellent stay.

The shower didn't work, the room was dirty, the bed sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Overall a very poor experience considering this is Hilton and not a motel 6.

Hotel stay here was nice. Only complaint is that you have to pay for parking and the hotel is not in a cental area where hotels typically charge for parking.
