Location is great, but the place is not perfectly clean especially the shower. Sound proof is poor, can hear people talking whenever they pass by.Stuff are very friendly.

Convenient location right on the water, right next to the famous stepping stone crossing. Food and bars abundant around the hotel. I booked a river view room with a balcony and the view was incredible. The hotel also provides a porter service for luggage from the closest parking lot (roughly 5 minute walk) since that's the closest that cars can get to the hotel. Only downside is that my room smelled of smoke despite it being a non-smoking room, but it was bearable for one night.

A very beautiful hotel with lovely styled rooms and very helpful staff. Manager Wang's service was excellent. We had a language barrier but they still managed to arrange a pick-up and drop off to the high speed railway. The hotel is in a great location with a view of Fenghuang bridge from the room balcony. Unfortunately it is true what other reviewers say about the bathroom being poorly designed. Rather than a shower, it is a bath tub with a retractable shower head and water gets everywhere if you try to use it as a standing shower. It is also true that the noise from the streets, particularly the music from the bar next door, is very loud at night, but it stops at 23:30. However, we found these to be minor inconveniences in our stay, which was overall very romantic and hugely positive. We'd recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel has an ideal location, breakfast is included and is ok, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, as well as having a very traditional style, it is a very cozy hotel. However, I want to highlight that what makes this hotel extraordinary is the service of all the people who work there. It is worth mentioning that I do not know a single word of Chinese, but this was not an impediment for us to be able to communicate, in addition to being They anticipate your needs as a foreigner, they even helped us talk to the hotel that was going to be in another city so that they wouldn't cancel our reservation, since we were going to arrive very late.
I thank them very much for their help, being so far from home (Mexico) they were wonderfully homely.

The location of the hotel is right in the center of the ancient town . They have concierge to pick us up from the drop off point . It is a short distance of walk to reach the hotel . The view from the room is perfect and we even got upgraded with a balcony room . We are also offered a complimentary pick up and drop off from train station . The only downside about this hotel is overall the facility is slightly old but pretty well kept . If you want an early rest just take note the music level is really loud from outside and no much sound proof . Music will stop right at 1130pm.

Beautiful hotel location, direct side at the fenghuang water area.
The service is 5 stars, they pick up us at the train station and send us back to train station free of charge.
I will stay at this hotel again if i go to fenghuang.

The hotel is very well located. Good room with good views. The bar street below is very noisy during the evening but the music stops at 23:30 every day. The room furniture is very good. I just have one remark. However the bathroom design is to be improved, there is only a bath and no curtains for shower. It is not possible to take a shower without spilling water everywhere on the floor. Special thanks to 管家小田姐姐和管家小龙姐姐 who have been very helpful during our stay. They have helped us to book a boat tour on the river, a good seat at the show and organized our safe transfer back to the train station. We have stayed in the phénix city for 3 days, I think the best is to stay only 2 days.
