Beautiful location in flic en flac, gated with a private beach. We didn't stay here, but we went for Diwali celebrations. The four of us had a great evening and really enjoyed tasting all the fresh food available on the hot, cold and sweet buffets. Then we were entertained by singers and dancers, as well as fireworks on the beach. A memorable night.

The family suite was awful and very old. The Saturday buffet is fine but having rounded potato fries instead a gratin spoilt evrything. The fish is not soft at all. There is only rice and bread. No pasta at all! This menu needs to be revised and be coherent with other food items.

We have just returned from our honeymoon. Upon arrival we were not welcomed or treated very well. We noticed French speaking guests were treated much nicer and better than English on reception. We had to wait for our room as check in was 2pm and our flight arrived in the morning so we had 4 hours to hang about which was fine. We asked for a glass of water whilst we waited and after coming off a 12 hour plane journey and into 30 degrees heat I don’t think it was much to ask for.. this was refused until we persisted in asking again and they reluctantly went to get 2 luke warm cups of water… first impressions are important! Especially when you pay high price for all inclusive / honeymoon holiday. Other guests who arrived shortly after us and had to wait were offered drinks from bar and smiles. The same male member of staff was on check out duty was impolite again to us, no basic manners at all and not even a good bye or asking how are stay was when leaving. Positives… Snorkelling was incredible just outside your room easy access and we spent alot of the time doing this. Sun loungers on beach easy to access anytime we wanted. Room was nice with a fantastic view of the sea / beach… the room needs some tlc decorating / broken toilet door etc… minor things but easily noticeable. The bed was very comfy and cleaning service was very good. Food was good some days better then others but plenty to cater for Drinks were easily available and good selection Spa service was very good however you must book 4+ days in advance Evening entertainment was good different acts every evening and was nice and relaxing Overall it was a really nice relaxing stay minus the reception staff and some tlc on rooms. I would go back if the reception staff learn some customer service skills

We stayed overnight to go scuba diving. Scuba diving team highly recommended. Flexible and welcoming, moved around a night dive to fit dates for us and can join for second dive of day if travelling from across the island. Rooms lovely. Evening meal ok. Breakfast great. Lovely area.
