It seems the hotel is in parts and we were away from the main area where the reception and breakfast dining room is. It's an historic building with lots of stairs and an unreliable looking lift. Our room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. A complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. It felt though as if we were in an air b and b and not a hotel at all. Breakfast was okay. Nothing special. There was a coffee machine on the landing outside our room. Decent location on a quiet street. Florence is amazing 😻

Easy to get to from the airport via public transport. Cost of travel for 90 mins is EUR 1.50 Nice large clean room. Friendly staff. Special arrangements for Vegans were provided at breakfast. Well located within walking distance of all major sites. Lots of restaurants nearby

We had a great stay! We were given clear instructions for check in since we were arriving after 5pm. The Deluxe Double Room was huge, across 2 floors with one full bathroom with shower, one shower room and one other bathroom with toilet. The TV had Netflix and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly, we also used the laundry service to have a suit cleaned which was fast, easily and a reasonable price. The location is perfect, definitely the best area of Florence!

We rarely rate a 5/5, but Casa Botticelli had such amazing services that we cannot help but praising it! Very special thanks to ROBERTA!! She is the best and goes beyond all expectations to make guests feel at home!! Grazie mille!! We stayed at room 1 and it was quite an experience… highly recommended.

Situated in the Oltrano district a quiet area, a comfortable walk from all the sites. Staff are excellent and very helpful. Our room was quirky and comfortable but lacked storage space. Breakfast was conitental in style and completely adequate. We would go back !

I have only positive things to say!! Behind palazzo pitti. Centrally. Very special and neat spaces, with nice paintings and furniture. Big room too with nice objects and artwork, comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast dining room is amazing and the breakfast rich. Perfect croissants! Giacomo at reception polite. He recommended us nice restaurants.

A stay at Casa Botticelli is a special moment, in a prestigious but warm setting, really well located opposite the Pitti Palace. Roberta's welcome is exceptional, family-friendly. Top breakfasts. (are we talking about the Nutella croissant??)

I can only say one thing: WELL DONE! Concierge absolutely up to the task of the structure (trust me, it makes the difference). Historic building with rooms that are nothing short of romantic, just a few meters from the historic center of Florence. Highly recommended and I will definitely return
