It was good and convenient to the transportation. And yes it was safe.

It was a very good experience. The landlady is very cute and her status is very good. The room is also very big.

I still don't agree with the stay of 80 euros. It feels like a hostel in every way. No quilt. There was only one sheet as a comforter.

Fairly old hotel but the service is super friendly. Furthermore, the convenience of the location is very nice, close to the train station so you can go there right away. A 10-15 minute walk from all historical tourist attractions.

During the night a thief entered the room of my son while he was sleeping and stole his iphone, AirPods and wallet. The thieves also stole the reception computer. Since then, my son has been afraid at night and sleeps very poorly. Don't book this hotel if you don't want to take a risk. Run away !!!

Spacious room, comfortable bed. Good breakfast buffet. Good efficient friendly service. In a quiet location with a tram stop just outside and heading to the airport. Only disadvantage is a flight of steps at the entrance to the building that is definitely inconvenient for people with mobility issues. There’s a lift after the stairs to the hotel several floors above.

Despite filing a complaint with the police, still not reimbursed by the hotel which is responsible for the security of the property and people staying there. Since then, my son has been afraid at night and sleeps very poorly. Don't book this hotel if you don't want to take a risk. Run away !!!

Arrived before check in time but stored our baggage no problem. Got given a map that desk man went tho it telling us where to go and where best bars and resturants were. Room spotless, bathroom had eveything and bed comfy. The breakfast was a buffet style with pastrys, cooked meats and cornfakes. Right near the train station. Could not fault it

Just 3 min on foot from the central train station,we chose it because we had some day trips with the train.So,for that reason location is excellent . And to be honest is not far at all from the historic center. Check in was on time ,reception guys were all helpful.They gave us a room in the 1st floor,room was big with big tv and big bathroom.Room was hot enough and they had plus an air condition. There is also a fridge and a safe box in the room. WiFi is free and works very good ! It was one of the cheapest rooms in Florence so we are happy to chose it !!!

I'll start by complimenting the person who created the site and took the photos. But "virtual" is far from reality!! Convenient location with respect to the FS station, otherwise an absolute black hole. The hotel is located in a condominium and is not marked with signs at all. Google shows you another hotel (4 stars) adjacent to number 35. The room really needs revising, chipped bedside tables, a bathroom with a shower that is exactly the exaltation of "unsafety" positioned 30 cm from the floor. For a person who is not exactly young it becomes dangerous even to get down. They are also limited in putting shower gel and changing towels. The bidet is a chimera. Some rooms overlook the entrance side of the building (very noisy) where until a certain hour the trams pass by and make even the furniture shake. A cleaning of that area would not hurt. The entrance door should be adjusted to close to avoid the "roar" of the gate. Friendly staff (of course!!). Don't be fooled by the price they offer on various sites. Florence certainly has many possible alternatives.
