My room was smelling like weirdo. The toilet paper very small and thin horrible had to go down stairs to order more they give me one when I check in. Like and they was used very thin couldn’t have a worst toilet paper 🧻. But okay. And this time the room didn’t attend my expectations was very weirdo smell I didn’t like to stay there this time Alist the last time I hope I’ve a discount. Regardless thanks.

The first room we were given was dirty, the hotel left a lot to be desired in many aspects, and the service was not the best, I do not recommend it.

I couldn’t take a shower there. They didn’t have hot water for a simple shower. I was there just for an our, could be ready for my appointment on time. I left the hotel to stay in another one. I was late one our, need to run to find another place to finally take a hot shower! I want my money back

Hotel well located in the center of Florianopolis, but very old. Very uncomfortable bed and the noise of the old air conditioning makes it difficult to sleep.

The truth is that the hotel is awful, dirty, they serve you poorly and give you the worst room they can, the service is awful, the truth is that I would never go back even if it were free, I do not recommend it at all. Dirty sheets, dirty curtains, disgusting floor, everything filthy, we even had a COCKROACH in the bed (I leave photos attached). It was a double bed and the room they gave us had two single beds stuck together, dirty bathroom as if it had not been cleaned, we had to ask them to clean the room because it was unfit for us, to change the sheets because it had a blood stain, the truth is awful, I do not recommend it.

I would like to formalize my complaint and request for a refund regarding my accommodation at the Rede Andrade Cecomtur Hotel, between 17/01 and 19/01, which was made through Trip.com. Upon arriving at the hotel and checking in, I realized that the room provided did not correspond in any way to the images and information presented on the hotel's website, which were the basis for my choice. The photos of the room indicated an environment in much better condition than what I found, which caused me great frustration. Furthermore, the room was in unsanitary conditions, with moldy and peeling walls, moldy and leaky wooden furniture, which would not only compromise the comfort of the stay, but also put my health at risk, given the potential for worsening respiratory problems. related to mold. In the bathroom, there was also the presence of insects, including spiders, which demonstrates a total lack of care and cleanliness in the hotel premises. When questioning the receptionist about the discrepancy between the room and the images on the website, I requested an exchange for the room that had been shown on the website, but I was informed that this room did not even exist in the hotel, since, according to her, the photos were merely illustrative. In other words, I was not given the option to exchange. Therefore, immediately after noticing the inadequate conditions and not receiving a solution, I checked out of the hotel and had to look for another accommodation, incurring significantly higher costs, as I had to make the reservation on the spot. Therefore, I request that Trip.com contact the hotel so that a full refund of the amount paid can be processed, as the service was not provided as advertised and, in addition, I had to bear extra costs to resolve the situation . I await urgent feedback on the resolution of this case.

Very good. I loved it. Very well located, the view of the city is wonderful. I will definitely come back.

Wonderful service, clean environment, great breakfast

I had stayed at an Andrade chain in Curitiba, which was a terrible experience... It was really horrible, the hotel staff were very rude, the rooms were terrible... Anyway!!! Honestly, this one from Florianópolis surprised me on an extraordinary level...!!! It was wonderful, sensational, the entire hotel staff, WONDERFUL room, food, location and value. I simply loved it, the next time I go to Floripa, I want to stay at the same hotel!!!

Very bad hotel. Rooms with mold on the walls and there were many (I have photos to show) poor breakfast and the service is the worst I have ever seen in my life. HORRIBLE.... Very bad hotel, not worth it at all.
