Last minute stay at Folly Beach. Hotel was beautiful and well maintained. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Views are 10/10.

Only there for one night. The staff seemed nice and friendly enough. The shower was cold, the slider door was stuck. Would have loved extra blankets

We always love our stays at The Tides. Jay and all of the staff are great. Folly is a great place to visit and the Tides is right on the beach and in the middle of all of the action. We travel a lot and this is one of our favorites.

The view was amazing with easy access to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful with questions and requests. The only thing that would make it better is to have an on-site laundry. There is one on Hudson St., but limited machines and with washer/dryer it was $10/load.

Loved the location and the customer service was great. The restaurant was great…breakfast the best. The property is old and needs updating the bedding and towels are old.

Amazing overall New Years Eve weekend! Super friendly staff, DELICIOUS restaurant, cute coffee shop, perfect views from the room, and pet friendly:)

This hotel is old and needs updating. The rooms are small with no sofa, bed option, unlike the photos. There is no hot tub.
It’s a great location right on the sand, near shops and restaurants within walking distance

We stay here every Christmas. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Looked like our room had fresh paint. Walking distance to fun restaurants and bar. Highly recommend.

We were met upon arrival by a manager who helped unload luggage and took it to room for us. Check in was pleasant, room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant served good food and service was great. In addition, a Starbucks coffee shop in-house.
