Best location and newly building hotel in Guicheng Often come to work choose to stay here but lobby staff sometime not enough for the guest

I recently stayed here and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and outstanding facilities. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff named Spring went above and beyond to assist with every request. Highly recommend this gem for both leisure and business travelers—truly a five-star experience!

Saff at lobby, restaurant and lounge are very helpful. Reply ,explanation and introduction are well-trained. Even trainees are quite outstanding. We occassionally encountered a instance while we were having tea in the restaurant. A trainee was trained to place tablewares near us. A trainee seemed placed the tablewares not as per their standard and we heard from the trainer that, ”You can't place like this, remember that we are a 5-start hotel.” We are quite impressed with their attitude. But a bit disappointed by their cocktails. Really need improvement. My wife ordered a Piña colada. I expected it should be white in color, but it came out with some bubble-like stuff floating on top, water-like liquid in the mid-body and thick white-layer at the bottom. No matter how we stired, they didn't mix-up.

The front staff was very helpful and the hotel was clean and modern. It is located in a busy location with a lot of things to do within minutes of walking! Will definitely book again next time we’re back in china!

Lovely hotel with a great view, very clean and comfortable room, good breakfast. Location is near the subway (although didn't try as didi is super convenient already), near a park, but not much else otherwise. It's a 15min walk to try getting to a cafe for coffee but it wasn't opened despite the opening hours stated in DianPing, so note that the hours stated for shops aren't reliable and best to order delivery instead. Great hotel worth revisiting!

The guy at the front desk who checked me in on the evening of the 27th was so enthusiastic and helped me a lot. He also tried his best to get me a discount within his ability. It is hard for me not to book their hotel next time I come to Nanhai. The breakfast is also very rich, the room is big and new, the view outside the window is unobstructed, except for some residual decoration smell, it is really superb.

The environment is clean and tidy, you can see Qiandeng Lake, and there is a small tea table, suitable for making some tea and sitting, there is no free upgrade, I will give it to the previous stay, I look forward to the next time.

It was my impressive trip when I checked in at around 18:00, I was told the room was not cleaned yet, sorry, you could have the room key after 19:00, when i reached my room and ready to sleep, a special odor from the pillow made me uncomfortable, then i turned it over, odor disappeared, the room was beautiful, and the breakfast was nice.

The third employee professional, because before using the room phone, called the wrong front desk, and then hung up, the staff worried about safety so sent carrying a cleaning aunt confirmed the safety. After talking about the advantages and disadvantages, first open the door to hear the smart home assistant introduce the room, it felt good but after a long time found very disturbing, because the hotel room has sensors, leaving the room and back in after he will reintroduce once very annoying So every room will have an instant water dispenser, but this professional dispenser is so useless that it takes a second glass of water to get hot every time. The third is the location of the hotel facilities problems, itself the hotel front desk said that the gym is 24 hours, the hotel gym is on the 22nd floor, but the gym is near the guest room, when someone fitness will harass other room guests, I encountered this situation on the first night to the gym. A customer complained that the staff needed me to stop continuing my fitness. Overall, the hotel was desirable except for the politeness of the staff and its location
