My wife and I stayed after a family cookout in Fredericksburg. I didn't want to drive back to Richmond. Room was nice n clean. Did hv kids running around making noise but overall nice stay. Breakfast was ok didnt have any turkey options or oj.

Staff was very rude and would not accommodate my reservation changes, even within 24 hour notice and contacting ******* and Comfort Inn management. I will never book with this company ever again. They over booked and gave my room to someone else after I already paid for the room. I am disputing the charges and do not recommend booking at this property. The staff does not care about their customers.

Only complaint was lack of towels. They did not have enough. We had to wait for laundry to be done in order to have towels and wash cloths.

First thing we noticed the remote had been glued on the back so batteries were non working and missing a back ,no exhaust fan inbathroom,dirty fansthe bathtub had no bathmmat or safe tstrips

The room was huge it was like 2 in 1 w pull out sofa.
The pool in lobby was a little weird but all and all good visit.

I love this hotel. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming, and the lady who runs the breakfast area is FANTASTIC!! The food never ran low, and she was constantly cleaning & hustling all over! Very impressive hotel. Rooms are comfortable and nicely spread out, so you actually have space! I LOVE the atrium, how open and spacious it is.

The suites at this Comfort Inn are roomy with a full family style room in the front and the bedroom separated by a hall in the back. This is ideal if you have kids who need to go to bed early and you want to stay up. The hotel is doing some renovations and one elevator was closed. Depending on the clientele and their pool use the main area of the hotel and the noise can drift into every room. They were good about closing the pool promptly at 9pm but until then it was very loud. The staff were great about trying to be as flexible as possible.
