AAABalceThe day here was outstanding. Super fast check-in thanks to Alung, who was very kind and helpful with recommendations. The staff were all very friendly and quick to help out, especially the cleaning services. The bathtub was a bit narrow in width but shower pressure was great and the bed was amazingly comfy. Would happily stay here again when visiting Jakarta!

AAnonymous UserStayed here during a business trip and had a very good experience. The hotel is clean, quiet, and well-managed. My room was comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked reliably throughout my stay, which was perfect for getting work done. The staff were professional and friendly. Breakfast had a decent variety and the location was convenient for meetings and getting around the city. I’d definitely stay here again for future business visits.

GGuest UserWe did’n like the scent of the air freshener used in the room which is lemongrass scented. It smells sour taste and not fresh feeling.
Even the bodywash shampoo conditioner and handwash are lemongrass based too. And doesnt smell as fresh and delicate as the usual 5 star hotel. Quite disapointing.

DDmytro_wandererDella the reception desk was wonderful. Such a pleasant person for customer relations. She went an extra mile to assist me. The reception is on the first floor, not the ground level where you enter. The hotel is comfortable, offers sufficient breakfast. However, I recommend to purchase coffee separately for 25k. It is much better than the one included. The hotel has sauna, steambath, warm pool and a small gym on 3rd floor. The bed is comfortable, the towels are clean and new.

BBrianHotel building and lobby looked nice enough. Checking in was a breeze.
Room hallway looks old and gloomy, reminded me of my dormitory days but with better colours.
Bedroom didn't have much space, but was still tolerable. The wallpapers had yellowing/dried leak marks.
Washroom was tiny and all the drains (sink & shower) are very slow at draining. And no lock for the washroom.
The worst was the lighting, i turned off the lights while sleeping, woken up to a room fully lit with tv on maybe a couple hours later. I thought i might have accidentally pressed a button while sleeping. Turned everything off and went to sleep again, then same thing happened again. In total this happened 3 or 4 times, too tired and sleepy to care.
I didn't bother complaining because it happened between the middle of the night to dawn. Even if I did complain the possible solutions would be to send a technician or switch me to a better room, and neither is desirable. I was on a one night business trip with full schedule both days.
Breakfast was nice, plenty of options, but the service wasn't so good. When i was showed to my table, the host asked if i wanted coffee or tea, I picked coffee. Went around to take my breakfast, came back to table and coffee wasn't there. Then not long after i started eating, a waiter came by and asked if i wanted coffee or tea, said coffee. 5 minutes later another waiter came by if I wanted coffee or tea..again. Finally got my coffee a good 15mins later, I should've just gotten a cup myself.
Asked for sunny side ups, eggs came after i finished my plate, about the same waiting time with coffee and the egg station was empty when I ordered.
I'm sorry but I don't think this was a 5-star hotel, and the price wasn't worth it.
I believe the problem with light was caused by the room card slot right to turn on the power. Must've gone wrong and failed to detect a card in the slot and shut everything off, then suddenly detected the card again, hence all power and light kept turning back on.
Won't be staying there again
Hallway picture doesn't look that bad in picture, because my phone decided to make it look nicer by auto-adjusting the light level, much darker in reality

GGuest UserThe facility was good, but the service is bad ..i am unable to check in till 4pm..2 hours delay because of failure to prepare the room by the hotel. And the give us the letter to push us check out at 11 am by using the reason fully book for next day booking
