The place was totally awesome! Totally relaxing and a very different experience from the tradition ryokan experience in Kawaguchiko. Location is rather convenient- just 1 stop on the red line bus will bring you to the resort. Dinner and breakfast was awesome too, however be sure that you have somebody that knows how to work the grill!
Communication with service staff was a little difficult, but Google translator solved the issue. Not much of service you need as you are pretty much on your own!

We stayed in the hotel for two nights and had already informed the receptionist when we checked in that two friends would come visit on the next day where they stayed in another hotel closer to FujiQ. When our friends came, one of their staff blocked our way and accusing us that we had more people staying than we booked in an unfriendly, rude and arrogant manner as if he was a cop and caught us did something bad. We explained to him in both English and Japanese translation that our friends were just here visiting. We showed him their other hotel booking confirmation but he said no guests were allowed to come visit in any hotel and this is their some Japan hotels authority’s rule! We asked him proof of such rules which of course there isn’t any. No proper apologies and poor attitude remains from that staff. Very bad experience with the staff here. Other than that, the hotel property and facilities were great.

It opened not long ago, so the environment is very clean and tidy. The staff's English is not very good, but they will try their best to help enthusiastically. You can try other room types next time. The location is quite convenient.

Very new...B&B? Resort? 🤔️Independent villa with open design, more suitable for a family. There is self-service wine at the front desk. Although the swimming pool seems to be open? But now it can only be a decoration in autumn and winter. You can't see Mount Fuji from inside the resort, but you can see the most beautiful lawson in Japan when you go out. The facility is new, clean and comfortable. Fully air conditioned and has a sauna. You can see Mt. Fuji from the pool. I was happy to have all-you-can-drink grape juice and wine.
The bath can be reheated in the hot springs, making it easy to enjoy after swimming. It was helpful for families with children.
The meal is BBQ. I added it separately, but since the menu is roughly the same in the morning and evening, I think it's okay to only have it once each. The pork was especially delicious.
Conveniently located near supermarkets and convenience stores. There is no problem with procuring ingredients.
Recommended for those who want to experience glamping but are afraid of insects or want to avoid the hassle. It's not for people who want to enjoy the inconvenience. Experience nature outside the facility.
There are always one or two families, but there are a lot of couples, so it's quiet.
