Nice view of mountain Fiji. The place is a bit aged but given its price I would def come back again

Room was clean and big. Friedly staff and check-in was swift. Within 5mins drive to supermarket and eateries.

Nice and clean hotel. Good location. Its in walkable distance from Kawaguchiko station. Onsen is good but dinner is so so.

Just a single night the hotel has good view of mt Fuji 15 minutes walk from the station The single bed roomy than normal Japan standard Great buffet breakfast

One of the best we have been to, the rooms were clean and spacious, the view was superb. I got the "electrical pole" room though. Breakfast was pretty good too, i recommend getting breakfast as it was pretty hard to find food at the hotel area for our group of 15 and especially we are leaving early in the morning to visit other places.

Staffs are not so friendly and was disappointed cos we had buffet dinner at the restaurant but my child who is under 12 years old were being charged as adult price which is 3000yen, and food being served was quite disappointing too for the price we paid. Onsen was quite good and room was cleaned and heater was functioning well, forgot to mention the checkout time was rather earlier than most other hotels in Japan!

It's really nice resort, like the onshen and the location also the suttle from bus station to the hotel, really helo 😍

Nice Open Bath, friendly reception however this hotel requires driving or call the hotel in advabce for pick up at the Kawaguchiko station or take a walk for 15mins.

The shuttle service is efficient, most convenient and helpful. And the hot springs bath definitely to be recommended, especially after a long day touring around!

Apparently room had a MT fuji view but we could not see at all due to weather. Hotel is strict with check in and check out timing. Clean rooms. Not big size but manageable. Futons was an ok option. Breakfast did not have vegetarian options but they prepared a rice dish for us. A shuttle to Kawaguchiko is a plus. Service at counter depends upon staff you are interacting with.

I recently had a fantastic two-night stay at the Fujikawaguchiko Resort Hotel on September 7, 2023. The hotel provided a delightful experience with its traditional Japanese-style rooms and excellent bath house services. The authentic ambiance and attention to detail in the rooms truly elevated my stay. Although the hotel lacked a shuttle bus service to Mt. Fuji 5th Station (Sky Palace), they offered a convenient pickup service to Kawaguchi Takanohashi Station. From there, it was easy to catch buses that took me to the various stations on Mt. Fuji. While it would have been more convenient to have a direct shuttle, the provided transportation options were still manageable. One of the highlights of the hotel's location was its proximity to Arakurayama Sengen Park, which was only a 9-minute drive away. This beautiful park offered breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji and provided an excellent opportunity for photography and leisurely walks. Additionally, Fuji Q was just moments away, making it convenient for thrill-seekers and amusement park enthusiasts. Overall, my experience at the Fujikawaguchiko Resort Hotel was delightful. The Japanese-style rooms and bath house services exceeded my expectations, and the hotel's location offered easy access to nearby attractions. While a shuttle bus service to Mt. Fuji 5th Station would have been a welcome addition, the provided transportation options and the hotel's overall charm more than made up for it. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay near Mt. Fuji.

Got a room with the Mount Fuji room, but sadly it was partly covered by electric cables. No tattoo allowed in the public bath.Got there early at 7am, Onsen was enjoyable in the early morning as there's no one around.

Nice hotel, I really like how the room is designed, traditional japanese style room. I like how the table is placed near the window, im able to drink tea while admire the scenery🍵👍
