Really recommend to those who will wake up early for a photo of Mount Fuji

We travelled with another family and we booked the lower and upper level rooms for the 2 families. We took the local bus from the Kyoto station and walked for about 10 mins to find the place. The room is clean and spacious. Location is not super close to the train or bus station, but it is still w/in a walking distance. Host had been responsive on text message (whatsapp or Line).

So satisfied with this stay. The view of Mt. Fuji is stunning! The onsen in top floor that can enjoy Mt. Fuji view also cannot missed. Just to stay in the hotel to enjoy the stay already good ! The morning breakfast is Ok, i will say their buffet dinner is better than the breakfast. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Next time I will definitely stayed in this hotel again for Mt. Fuji. A very good deal.

Room quality is beaten up. Hot spring is fine. Package includes both breakfast and dinner - the food quality is fine but don’t expect too much.

The hotel is in a great location, and the price/performance ratio is very high compared to the two nearby hotels. I rode a bike to the hotel, and the hotel was very welcoming and helped me pick up people at the station. Not far from the hotel is a very good location for taking photos of Mount Fuji. Of course, you can also take the most beautiful mountain views at the hotel.

I have to praise the staff at this Fuzhihu Hotel for their cordial and diligent service. I admire the elderly man at the front desk for his enthusiasm and enthusiasm in his work, and he does everything to the extreme. He is still full of courage at this age. Full marks.

The view from the room was nice, but the weather was bad, so I didn't see Mount Fuji 🗻, but everything was good, a small hot spring, very comfortable, the room was ok, the breakfast was Western style, there was a lady who could speak Chinese, I thought she was pretty nice, not like what other reviews said.

The Chinese service at the front desk was good. Thanks to the Chinese beauty who helped us arrange a driver to drive us to another hotel by the lake for free the next day! Although I didn't see Mount Fuji due to the weather, I was very happy to see the lake view and distant mountains in the room.

Overall, it is very good.

The room is average, but the service attitude of the hotel front desk is very good. The receptionist speaks Chinese and is very enthusiastic and responsible. The hot spring on the fifth floor is also OK. It is really great to see Mount Fuji outside the window of the mountain view hotel

Hygiene: Very old hotel, the door is opened with a key, spiders are everywhere, there are several in the lobby, there may be more than a dozen in the room window, look at the photos, spiders, Fuji mountain view, natural scenery, you like it. The bed does not even have a quilt cover, it is covered with a sheet, basically not changed, the bench is dirty, luckily I bring my own quilt cover to sleep. The wash basin seems to be as low as my thigh for children... I have to bend down to wash my face and my waist is about to break. There is a strange smell in the room (peanut butter?) The air conditioner is loud right above the bed, and it blows towards me, so I can only turn it off and sleep in the middle of the night. In the middle of the night, I started coughing and found that the neighbor was coughing too, hahahaha, the funniest thing is that his coughing will vibrate my room and shake it, it's amazing. I can only say that the good comments don't know what level of hotel I usually stay in, but it's very devastating to spend 1,000 yuan a night with such hygiene. Environment: The location is about three kilometers away from the train station Kawaguchiko. There is a shuttle bus, but it is actually better to stay in a hotel near Fuji-Q Highland Station. Kawaguchiko Station is 2 minutes away from Fuji-Q Highland Station. It costs 173 yen to swipe the JR card. It is only 30 minutes per trip depending on the time you arrive. You can also visit Fuji-Q Highland Park on the way. Kawaguchiko is the last stop of the train and the starting point of the tourist bus. The Chinese front desk is indeed as indifferent as other comments. In fact, I don’t need Chinese reception. I don’t think this is an advantageous service. It repeatedly emphasizes that it is impossible to make an appointment for a certain time for pick-up and drop-off. There is a 300 yen hot spring tax (we don’t go to soak at all). Check out at 10 o’clock or you will have to pay extra. Dinner is 6:30 or 7:30, breakfast is 7:00, 7:30 or 8:00. Choose on time. It will be closed after 8:30. I may be here for military training, not for tourism. The only good thing about this hotel is the Japanese driver who drives the shuttle bus. The efficiency and attitude are very good. Because I came from Narita Airport that day and was afraid that I would not be able to find a restaurant if it was too late, I bought a room with dinner. If you are used to the style of fast food restaurants in China, you will definitely be satisfied, because they are all Chinese tour groups, and it is completely Chinese fast food! For example, miso soup with noodles and cabbage, boiled vegetables, carrots and lotus roots, roast beef slices, curry chicken nuggets, don’t care too much about what to eat, anyway, you can eat very full! The next day, I quickly changed to a hotel next to Fuji-Q, which is much cleaner and newer. And I have stayed in a homestay in Mount Fuji before, which is completely different from this one and much better. I often go to Ctrip and there are pitfalls. I rarely write so many words, and Ctrip said it was great! What a sincere evaluation!
