The only advantage of the room was the view. The facilities were a bit old, but if you're going for the view, it's still good value for money. It's also not too far to walk to Kawaguchiko Station.

Staying at this hotel again. The location is superb, especially the rooms on the sixth floor with a balcony directly facing Mount Fuji. The view is unobstructed and expansive. Be sure to book the dinner and breakfast plan, as there are very few dining options nearby.

I chose a balcony room, and although it was more expensive, it was still worth it. From dusk the day before until dawn the next morning, I quietly watched Mount Fuji while sipping tea. The hotel's location is truly excellent, so much so that I deliberately delayed my departure. I went to the hot springs before dinner and again the next morning, and there was hardly anyone there. The outdoor bath was incredibly comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner were also very good. The buffet restaurant was well-arranged with plenty of seating. The sashimi and beef were very fresh, much better than the Hokkaido onsen ryokan I stayed at last time.

The main draw is the excellent location; it's practically facing Mount Fuji. The hotel facilities are average, though there is a small hot spring bath. The buffet is very mediocre. The shuttle bus only runs after 3 PM and before 10 AM.

The location is great and offers excellent value for money. I booked a package with breakfast and dinner, which was quite good. For the second night of our stay, we even got extra crab legs with dinner! They also provide pick-up and drop-off service to the station. We arrived quite late on the first night, but after calling the hotel, they still came to pick us up. The old man driving was really fast! Renting a bicycle to cycle around the lake for a full day, enjoying the lake views, and soaking in the hot springs is highly recommended.

Given that it's in Kukuna and located between the hotels there, the location is absolutely superb. The hotel offers free shuttle parking every day to and from important stations. When prices are low, it's a few hundred bucks, which makes it great value for money, allowing budget-conscious families to also experience a Mt. Fuji view hotel. The first picture was taken at 4:30 AM from the room, and it's absolutely stunning. The downside is that the hotel is quite old, and the facilities and decor are a bit outdated.

Don't bother coming here! It's old and run-down, and the service is the worst I've experienced in Japan! This is the worst hotel I've stayed at in Japan. Even the taxi driver said it used to be a favorite of theirs before the prices went up! The owner is incredibly stingy and cheap! All sorts of insects were in the outdoor onsen water, and the water itself wasn't very warm, just like a big public bath. I skipped breakfast and dinner for a few days, and because I didn't book consecutive nights, I didn't get breakfast today, even though I was told it would be included once. They refused to budge! There's a Chinese staff member who's completely inflexible, like a robot! Forget it! I'm never staying here again! Please, don't recommend this place!

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it's definitely the best value for money around Mount Fuji. Even though it's a bit old, the views are absolutely fantastic. You can enjoy the outdoor onsen while looking at the mountains and water. Make sure to book at least a month in advance! It's very popular at this price point. There are no convenience stores nearby, but there's a small shop next to the hotel's front desk, though it doesn't have much selection. There's a shuttle bus available. It's also not far from the Music Museum.

Excellent hotel, the location is absolutely amazing (yyds!). We stayed for one night with two meals included. You can even enjoy hot springs upstairs. The service was great, and the hygiene was top-notch. I'll definitely come back next time I visit Mount Fuji. Loved it!

Overall, I'm very satisfied, and what I loved most was probably the unbeatable view of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko from my room window, especially when I unexpectedly woke up at 4:30 AM and managed to capture a 'Diamond Fuji' shot. About 800 meters west of the hotel, there's a highly affordable fruit market where prices are very reasonable. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, but if you don't have much luggage, I'd recommend renting a bicycle from Kawaguchiko Station to get to Asama Shrine more conveniently. I walked there myself, and it felt quite far, so I hailed a taxi back. As for minor drawbacks, the coin-operated massage chair and foot massager outside the bathroom were a bit old-fashioned. The room also used a traditional key lock, which could be easy to forget.

The hotel shuttle is very convenient, but it operates on a limited schedule. On our second day, we had to take the bus ourselves to Kawaguchiko Station. Breakfast and dinner were just okay, and there seemed to be a lot of tour groups, making the dining area quite crowded. The room facilities were a bit old, but the view was superb, directly facing Mount Fuji. It was also very easy to go for a walk by the lake downstairs.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They spoke good English and Mandarin. The room was clean, big, and comfortable, even though it was a bit old. The location was perfect, easy to find with parking, and facing Mt. Fuji, which is why we chose this hotel. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others.

The hotel room has a nice view of mt fuji. Hotel is not new but very clean and well maintained. They arranged transport to the night light up of the momiji corridor. Hope they clean the big windows in the room.
