很棒的地點，C P值高，服務貼心

從東京出發，衹在河口湖住了一個晚上，酒店位置特別好，窗外就是河口湖，正對着富士山，不過酒店的硬件一般，相當於國內好一點的快捷酒店吧，好在服務相當不錯，特別是前台那位熱情的東北小妹，幫忙解決了不少由於語言不通的問題。

Great view and considerate service. We arrived at Kawaguchiko late so we asked the hotel about the pick-up time in advance. However, when we arrived, it was past the latest pick-up time and it was raining. We waited for a long time but couldn't get a taxi. Finally, we had no choice but to call the hotel to ask for help to call a taxi. The call lasted less than 1 minute and the front desk said they would come to pick us up. It was very impressive.

Overall, I am very satisfied with everything. The food quality is good, the water temperature of the hot spring is suitable, and the open-air bath faces Mount Fuji. The view is great! Already recommended to friends who are coming in the near future.

The location of the hotel is very good👍. It is on the edge of Lake Kawaguchi. You can pick up and drop off from the hotel at Lake Kawaguchi Station. The beauty at the front desk is Chinese. The service is good and communication is barrier-free. The room is spacious, clean and smell-free. You can see Mount Fuji while lying on the sofa in the room🗻 Bring some wine before coming, and enjoy Mount Fuji while drinking🗻It’s good, breakfast and dinner are all buffets, rich and delicious😋There is a hot spring upstairs♨️, there are many people staying, the bathroom toilet is also big, the toilets in other hotels where I stayed are very small 🤣Everything is good, but the wireless network is a bit slow. It rained last night and I didn’t see Mount Fuji. I came here to see Mount Fuji. I only stayed for one night. It was a very cost-effective hotel for viewing Mount Fuji. I will stay there next time...

The location is excellent. The mountain view room is very good. The room is much bigger than I thought and very clean! The service is great. There is a shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station. The breakfast and dinner buffets are quite delicious. The hot springs are great. The journey to Mount Fuji is really tiring. Soaking in the hot springs is super refreshing. I am very satisfied. I will choose it next time!

We travelled with another family and we booked the lower and upper level rooms for the 2 families. We took the local bus from the Kyoto station and walked for about 10 mins to find the place. The room is clean and spacious. Location is not super close to the train or bus station, but it is still w/in a walking distance. Host had been responsive on text message (whatsapp or Line).

The room was quite good, bigger than the hotels I booked before. There was a balcony outside the door, and the balconies between the rooms were separated by partitions. If people in the neighboring rooms were smoking, they might be affected. When I woke up in the morning, the weather was very good, with clear skies and clouds in just the right position, which was very beautiful! The clarity of Mount Fuji was very high, and my classmates in Kamakura could also see it.

The location of the hotel is very good, you can enjoy the beautiful view of Mount Fuji from the front of the room; the service attitude is very good, and the travel and sightseeing routes are very thoughtfully provided; the price/performance ratio is very high, and the breakfast and dinner are delicious.

The pick-up from the hotel was slow, I sent emails directly without reply, and no one answered my phone calls. In the end, I couldn’t wait and took a taxi directly, which cost 1,100 yen. The location of the hotel is excellent. I cycled around the lake. The best photos were taken from the balcony of the hotel room, because I stayed on the sixth floor and photographed Fuji. However, there are many hotel group guests, and the buffet is crowded and noisy. The room we booked is relatively large and more suitable for families. It is very comfortable for two people.

The scenery of the hotel is very good. The only bad thing is the driver. Not to mention that he was late for check-in and pick-up and transfer. The female customer service in Chinese was very talkative and I didn't care after apologizing. We made an appointment at 10:20 when we left, but someone left at 10:00. The driver wanted me to come down and join him so that he could save me one more trip. When I refused, he hung up on me. Later, he was extremely reluctant and didn’t help with the luggage. , had a black face the whole time, and refused to open the door without saying a word at the end, as if he owed him three million. Why hire a driver like this? Can be fired. Four points of praise are given to the hotel room and Chinese customer service.

This room is the most cost-effective among the hotels I have visited Japan several times. It has the same view outside the window as the 6,000-per-night Utsuya Hotel next door. All rooms have a view of Mount Fuji, Kawaguchi and Lake. There is a car to pick up the car, including dinner and breakfast (self-service ) But the quality is pretty good. There is a Chinese lady at the front desk who is very welcoming and the room is very clean. Five-star praise~
