Stayed at this hotel several times because of its location. Kushida Jinja-mae station on the Nanakuma Line is just steps away from the hotel. This time I picked apartment style room because of the in room washing machine. Paid ¥1000 per hour to check in early as I have been traveling before that and needed to do laundry and shower. Best decision ever. The fridge in the room also has a freezer compartment. There’s also a microwave oven for me to reheat my breakfast. Downside is they do not have dish washing soap and their other rooms used hair dryer with a different brand that I much preferred!

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from both the subway and JR station, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was healthy and delicious—especially the cheesecake, which was a delightful treat each morning. I like the room with washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer. As a solo traveler, I found the bed spacious and extremely comfortable. After long days of sightseeing, the hot springs were the perfect way to relax and ease my tiredness. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Croom hotel is a SUPERB 👍🏼hotel! The receptionists were accommodating and helpful, and the room itself was warm and cozy. All of the facilities in the room were kept very clean too. EXTREMELY good locations surrounded with cafe/24hr Aeo supermarket/convinient store/ few minutes walks to Kushida shrine/Canal city mall and many more! Stayed in the standard double room. Room was large enough to open 2 large suitcases with few other duffel bags and paper bags, which was really a pleasant surprise and helped a lot in our packing endeavor. Staff was helpful throughout from helping to collect parcels to providing trolleys for luggages. Location was pretty decent.

People can lock the luggages by themselves. The staffs are friendly. However, the housekeeper did not took all rubbish after the first day.

As a solo traveler, the hotel provided everything I needed. Washing machine, microwave, TV, air-con, bathtub. The location is close to the metro and close to many landmarks. Will definitely come back again.

Love this hotel, new and modern looking. Great location, nearest train is kushida station on exit is 4. If you got big luagge, please use exit 5 with the elevator / lift. 13 mins walk go hakata station. The staff are nice and friendly. The room is quite small, once the big luggage is opened up fully, there is not much room space to walk around. Aircon is working well, the tv comes with netflix and youtube. The onsen is a plus for me, try to avoid after 9.20pm as it will be crowded with families.
