First of all, when I entered the room, there was a horrible smell of body odor? or sweat? which was unpleasant.
This place is unmanned, and check-in numbers, the auto-lock number for the front door, and the pin code for the room door are sent to you by email, but it's all in English and just a bunch of numbers and letters, so it took me a really long time to figure out which number was for check-in.
Then, on the last day, even though I hadn't checked out yet, the elderly cleaning couple opened the lock and came in without permission, which shocked me.
To begin with, the entrance is difficult to find.

It's self check-in. It was a bit difficult at first. It was quiet and very comfortable
It was very nice that it was quiet and had a balcony, and it was comfortable as there was plenty of bedding, towels, etc.

They gave me the worst possible room 404! Totally dysfunctional and smells of rotten fish! I am such a regular guest and yet; they treated me with such disrespect! Repugnantly refused to change my room even though I had earlier asked for my usual room 901. Never again will I stay here again! I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone either!

This place was ok. The space was very small and the bunk beds were dirty/dusty. The top bunk was close to the bttow bunk and 5 year old kept hitting her head whenever she sat up on the bottom bunk. Also, i booked the deluxe room which, from the hotel information, is supposed to have had a separate bedroom but this was one room with no seperation for bedroom. Disappointing.

I stayed here when I returned home from overseas. I was worried about parking my rental car, but there were plenty of reasonably priced paid parking lots around the building, so I had no trouble at all. There was also a 24-hour supermarket, and although it was close to the city center, everything was easily accessible and I had no trouble at all. The room was clean and quiet. I'll stay here again if I have the chance!

The room was clean and there was a supermarket nearby, which was great. However, the unlock code required to enter the room was not displayed, and I couldn't get through to the emergency contact number even after calling several times, so I was stuck outside for about 20 minutes.

I checked in late at night.
It would be helpful if there were more parking spaces nearby.
The room was clean. Tableware and other items were nicely prepared. However, it would be better if they could make some effort to prevent dust from getting in.
It was also very helpful that there was a futon available in addition to the bed.
I stayed for one night and two days, and it was comfortable.
