房間大，乾淨，漂亮

while the hotel is nice and service is great but trip.com you guys messed up my reservation. i clearly entered tzu cheng lin and you guys entered tzu chien lin on my booking to the hotel. like ***, fortunately the hotel were lenient on this but if the hotel was strict, i’d have lost my booking. you should check whoever made my booking and have a long talk with him/her. i’d have to think long and hard the next time i even consider using your service again.

We were grateful for the welcome drink service and amenities for the children, and the room on the sky floor was nice, and there was even beer in the fridge, so the service was better than in a regular hotel. The breakfast buffet, which I was looking forward to, was as delicious and had as many items as I expected. I would definitely like to use it again.

Hotel is new but I rate 3 star for the location. It took us 20mins drive from Fukuoka center to the hotel. Don’t book it if you don’t have car. The rest was fantastic, especially the breakfast. 👍🏼the staff is very nice too.

在九州8天 這間飯店是我們旅程完美的收尾，床超級超級超級好睡，房間超級大，舒適到跟先生完全不想出飯店！ 下次去福岡只會入住這間飯店！ 兩個人住，大到可以奔跑 硬要說一個缺點，就是只適合自駕的朋友

房間很大，很乾淨，環境很好 附近沒有太多商店及餐廳 適合自駕遊的旅客

値段以上に良かったです。 とても良い旅が出来たと思えます。 朝食は最高。大浴場も最高です。 一点だけ、シャトルバスの表示がホームページに書いてある表示とは違いました。これにより、違うバスだと思い、逃してしまいました。残念です。 運転手さんに聞けば良かっただけなんですが・・・。 ホームページの説明では、『アイランドアイの表示あり』実際のバスの表示は『HOTEL』場所は同じと運転手に言われ、さも当然の様な言い方でしたが、分かっている人には分かっているかもしれませんが、皆さんリピーターや分かっている人ではありません。 とにかく寒かった中で待っていたので、残念です。

Me and my family love this hotel very much . All is good . But I think only suitable for those who drive .

It's pretty good, the room is big, but the location is a bit off.

The room is very spacious and the breakfast is good and rich. Sea view room, good air, quiet. There are 7-11 and a large 24-hour supermarket next to it.
