Amazing

Location is superb, just at the East Exit of Hataka station. Hotel lobby on the 3rd floor. Rooms are outdated but clean. Easy access to the toilet unlike some other hotels, there is a high step to get in and out. Overall, a comfortable stay. Also, we were able to have our luggage kept for a few days before checked in date as we are travelling light to other places.

My last night in Kyushu was on a weekend, so the price wasn't cheap.
**Facilities:** The room was old and dated. The layout was odd (a polygonal room shape, which felt uncomfortable to stay in).
**Hygiene:** Just so-so. There were traces of dirt on the duvet! I didn't dare use it! I slept wrapped in the bedsheet all night! The bathroom was old. The toilet looked unclean (maybe it was just the yellowish color making me feel it was dirty).
**Environment:** I just felt uneasy because the room wasn't square-shaped. It must be quite old.
**Service:** Nothing stood out.

The location is fantastic! It's convenient for getting everywhere, especially the airport, as it's right by the Hakata Station exit. The hotel lobby is on the third floor. The hotel is a bit older, but it's very clean and not noisy at all. The ground floor also has an arcade entrance.

Location is fantastic, right by Hakata Station which made it extremely easy for us to rent cars, take airport trains etc. Although slightly old, the hotel is comfortable. There were 3 of us and this hotel actually has a good sized triple room, which is fantastic for such a central location. Recommended!

The hotel is located within the Hakata Station complex, making it very strategic. By the room design, you can tell that the hotel is quite old, but it is clean and very well maintained, with complete amenities.

Hakata JR Station is huge so one needs to make sure they are exiting from the right exit to reach this hotel. It can be confusing even though the hotel is right next to the station. I booked a double room so it was super spacious. Even for two people, I would consider this spacious.

The staff were helpful with information. The hotel location is excellent, close to the train & bus stations and the subway. Can also catch the bus to Fukuoka International Airport easily.
The twin-bed room is very spacious. This hotel is highly recommended.

Very spacious room even there's a full size massage armchair sitting in the room. A good machine too. Very convenient for travelling, shopping and eating. Deco is older but overall well maintained without tired feelings. Worth coming back next time.

This hotel is right next to Hakata Station, surrounded by shopping centers and restaurants. We probably won't find any other hotel near the station with such spacious, well-equipped rooms at such a reasonable price. The breakfast is was also delicious.

Checking into this hotel in Hakata was a delightful surprise after my journey. It was immaculately clean, wonderfully quiet, and incredibly comfortable. I truly appreciated experiencing the local Japanese bathing culture, especially their high-tech toilets. Its location is fantastic too, just a few dozen meters from the subway station. And the breakfast was a real highlight, offering authentic local Japanese specialties.

The location of this hotel is excellent - it's right outside the exit of Hakata station, and surrounded by shops and restaurants.
The rooms are big, with plenty of surfaces to put your things.
I booked this hotel knowing it was old grub the pics, but didn't know it was built sometime in the mid 1970s. It was probably THE hotel of grandeur in its heyday but now the room decor just looks dated and uninviting.
But my pet peeve is the lack of security. The lifts at level 1 are right next to a ******** parlour. These lifts lead all the way to the guests rooms without any need to scan your room card. Basically anyone can access the guest rooms levels. Japan is a pretty safe country, but still...
It's fine if you're in a group, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel for solo female traveler

The hotel is in a good location, making it easy to move around the city. The room condition was fine, and the smell was acceptable (not as bad as mentioned in some previous reviews). A practical choice for a short stay in Hakata.

Both rooms were incredibly spacious, and they even featured a large entryway. While the hotel is a bit dated, it's very clean. The location is unbeatable: the station is right outside, there's a FamilyMart downstairs, and both Matsumoto Kiyoshi and Yodobashi Camera are right next door.

Not a big room, but 2 twin beds were enough for 2 females. Amenities including toiletries were all there, and the location was very convenient--right next to the Hakata Station.
