After 11am no cleaning. If you stay longer in the room and hang the cleaning sign out at 11 am. They rejected the room cleaning even change towels or remove the garbage bags . You have to brings all the dirty to the 3/Fl lobby to exchange. No service at all if you don t get out of the room before 10:30am. Holiday I prefer relax and no rush. Ending up 6 nights only I did one room cleaning. Japanese staffs very polite but not the western nationally staffs, having a long face all the time. Hot water & fridge have to go down to the lobby to share fridge and get drinking water or hot water. Don t expect any service at this hotel. Location 13 mins to Station.

I had a reservation mix up with a hotel I had originally booked to stay in, and so I hurriedly found Lyf with an empty room and booked it on my day of arrival at the hotel (with no prior research) ✅ Located between Tenjin & Yakuin station many shopping centers and restaurants are 10-15min walking distance ✅ Clean room, basic amenities provided ✅ If you aren’t a member of IHG and sign up on your arrival, you will receive a welcome drink coupon & 1 hr late checkout ✅ Chromecast available ✅ Coin washing & drying machine ✅ Lends umbrellas when rainy ✅ Luggage to airport service starting 500yen for afternoon flights available 🚨Extremely extremely tiny room (two people can’t stand shoulder to shoulder & barely any space to move around) *booked double bed, 2 people 🚨Room is so small that if you take a hot shower, the whole room will become humid and stuffy 🚨Room isn’t cleaned unless requested + YOU need to go down to the lobby to pick up extra towels & amenities 🚨Thin walls 🚨Shared common area can’t be considered sanitary. Overall. Well located hotel with uncomfortably tiny, but clean room. Is it worth the price? 🤷🏻♀️

Hipster hotel, very compact but do serve the basic purpose of economy travel

the hotel is very new. its not very close to the station, you will have to walk for 12 mins but its all good for us as its close to the city centre and there are donki, shopping malls and restaurants nearby. there are also 2 family marts and 1 7-11 nearby. staff speak english. very clean. good shampoo and conditioner products. i will come back again!
