Super modern. Love the common space, lots of people cooking there and i regretted not cooking as well. Very small room but as expected for Japan hotels. Might have issue opening 2 big luggages at the same time.

The room was spacious and very clean, huge bathroom compared to other accommodations in Japan. The location is very lively, walking distance to many restaurants and cafes and well connected to Hakata train station. Nice and cozy shared areas, including a full-equipped kitchen and coin-laundry.

The location of the hotel is not in the main street but could be found easily with Google map. The room was small but very clean. The common area provided good facilities, such as kitchen and laundry. Cooking utensils were provided. A very nice place to stay.

I was really satisfied with this place. And it was a great deal ! If I get a chance to go to Fukuoka, I will definitely go back.

Pros: Big bed, has a shared space near the lobby that has a kitchen, ice cubes, water and microwave, a working area if you’re a digital nomad, near Don Quijote and shopping area. This place is ideal for your last days when you need to shop.
Cons: Room is small and while I appreciate the eco living they promote. They made a built in wooden frame that is so tall and has an excess wood on the side. I am 165cm and not small. I got injured going down the bed because I had to close the window. The big window is not remote controlled and can only be closed if you pull down the blinds manually. When I told the reception about this I received nothing. No apologies or empathy. This is dangerous. Other cons- no fridge inside the room, and no bath tub. On my first night someone was trying to open my door it was scary.

After 11am no cleaning. If you stay longer in the room and hang the cleaning sign out at 11 am. They rejected the room cleaning even change towels or remove the garbage bags . You have to brings all the dirty to the 3/Fl lobby to exchange. No service at all if you don t get out of the room before 10:30am. Holiday I prefer relax and no rush. Ending up 6 nights only I did one room cleaning.
Japanese staffs very polite but not the western nationally staffs, having a long face all the time.
Hot water & fridge have to go down to the lobby to share fridge and get drinking water or hot water. Don t expect any service at this hotel. Location 13 mins to Station.
