Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido maravillosa. Destacamos especialmente la atención del personal, siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. El desayuno fue de alta calidad, con una amplia variedad de opciones para todos los gustos, servido en un salón precioso con grandes cristaleras y unas vistas espectaculares a las montañas.

La habitación estaba perfectamente equipada, limpia y muy cómoda, cumpliendo con todas nuestras expectativas. El spa fue, sin duda, uno de los puntos fuertes de nuestra estancia: las piscinas interiores y exteriores de aguas termales ofrecen una experiencia relajante única. Sin duda, un lugar para repetir.

Our experience at this hotel has been wonderful. We would especially like to highlight the attention of the staff, who were always friendly and willing to help at all times. The breakfast was of a high quality, with a wide variety of options for all tastes, served in a beautiful room with large windows and spectacular views of the mountains.

The room was perfectly equipped, clean and very comfortable, meeting all our expectations. The spa was, without a doubt, one of the highlights of our stay: the indoor and outdoor thermal water pools offer a unique relaxing experience. Without a doubt, a place to repeat.

Overall, I did enjoy my stay here and I would return. The staff was exceptional and really bent over backwards with a smile to ensure you were happy. The spa was lovely and I enjoyed having private hot springs as part of the hotel experience. The hot springs are 24 hours, so that can’t be beat. I also appreciated they let you do two nights (other places wanted three night minimums) so I could split my time on the island.   The breakfast was a nice spread. They actually provided champagne with the drinks, which is more generous than other hotels. I did a dinner with them too that was good.   The rooms themselves were modern and clean.   My negatives were that it’s off a busy- ish road and, while I grabbed one of the last rooms, I didn’t appreciate that there would be rooms looking into     a parking lot in what I was expecting to be a very serene/remote spot. I’d pay extra for a better view/side when booking.   A couple notes: I was surprised that this small town is not very pedestrian friendly. There are very narrow sidewalks and a couple roads where drivers are whizzing by. The town needs more crosswalks and speed bumps. You’re better off with a car here. I was also told that if you tip on the receipt, the money goes to the hotel, which I’m hoping they disseminate, but not directly to the person helping you. I’d have some cash for tips … That said, no one ever appeared like they expected tips.

Although the Name Has Changed From Furnas Boutique To Octant- Many of the wonderful elements have remained. We were happy to see some familiar faces, Elizabeth and Several of the folks in the spa! The breakfast buffet continues to be quite perfect! Spa treatments are great and the rooms remain basically the same. Only off putting issue was at checkout after 4 night we were asked 3 times to add gratuity to our Amex payment! We however were asked by spa employees to tip in cash ( which we did) as they handed an envelope) bar employees as well and we left cash tips in room daily and at breakfast! This was extremely off putting and a huge turn off! We are great tippers and to be questioned 3 times at the front desk was unnecessary!

Amazing spot not to be missed. The spa alone is worth the visit. Great location from which to explore the east side of the island. Easy walking to spots in Furnas. Great food and amenities. Plenty of parking. Would 10/10 recommend and worth the very reasonable price.
