The hotel room is very nice, clean and refreshing. The security is also good, and the parking service also avoids the worry of windows being smashed. Because the hotel is right on the street, parking is in the dedicated hotel parking lot.

It is recommended not to book hotels through Ctrip, because once the booked hotel has problems affecting consumers, Ctrip will not actively fight for your rights and interests. The hotel didn't deliver the quilt and sheets until nearly 11 o'clock in the middle of the night, and the noise made me sleepless all night and has not been effectively resolved.

One of the few hotels in the United States that satisfied us all. The hotel is relatively new, the decoration is also in line with our taste, and the service is also good. It is located in the center of Portland, and it is very convenient to go out for dinner and shopping around. Crossing the road is the local area The Pioneer Square. The hotel’s parking lot is very expensive and costs more than 50 per night. We then found a parking lot across the road, at a normal price. If I have the opportunity to go again, this is definitely my best choice.

The room is slightly small, the air conditioner is cold, and some decoration tastes. Hotel parking is only valet.

Room was wonderful! Homeless person was sitting in lobby. No restaurant and bartender had limited food so had cheese and crackers for dinner. Not safe to walk to a restaurant with only homeless people in sight. Walked half a block to go to Pioneer Square at 9:45 a.m. Monday and verbally acousted by 6’6” mental person with no one insight to help me.

Lovely in appearance, and very clean and fancy on the surface. Sneaky Extra charge for internet if you want to stream anything $10… parking extra $49. The restaurant very cool looking only was serving snacks - not staffed properly on weekends. So had to go elsewhere to get actual food. Staff was very friendly and helpful.. I will stay else next time.. disappointedly, - on a self date and hotel states the unfulfilled part of it. Bummer- open the WiFi, and have full restaurant- would really make the difference . Keep valet for $49 - street parking was only a couple of bucks for my time parking there.

This is a very nice property overall the room could’ve been cleaned better as there was sticky stuff on floor along bedside closest to wan & behind bed there was a lot of dust bunnies other then that room was very nice especially shower Thanks

While the room was nice, the bed was extremely hard and pillows were terrible. Good service and friendly staff and fine location.

Within walking distance of the waterfront, shopping, food trucks and restaurants. Nice amenities inside the hotel, along with a bar/lounge in the lobby. Transients don't seem to bother people as much around this area as long as you leave them alone.

Got stranded downtown due to bad weather and booked a room at the AC on short notice. The hotel was nice and the staff were great. I was a little worried because downtown Portland is pretty sketch, but the hotel was very secure and had a lot of staff on duty, including a security officer, I felt safe there. The room was nice, modern and clean. My only complaint was that the bar closed up very early, with all the stranded travelers staying there they could have kept that party going. The AC is part of my emergency plan going forward.
