The hotel staff were very nice, polite and accomodating. I had arrived there early and they did not have a problem looking after my belongings while I explored the city. As I explored they had called to notify me that the room was ready and that I could come back at any time. When I had returned they informed me that they had given me a free upgrade. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was very delicious and had quite a few options. Located in the centre of the city and the area around it is also very interesting with many international restaurant options. 100% would style there again

I extend my stay in this hotel due to its cleanliness and the room is spacious, location is also very convenient. The hotel do provide free self service laundry with free detergent at the 2nd floor. The hotel room also provided free toiletries and free bedroom slippers. The airport shuttle bus is just opposite the hotel which is very convenient to go to the airport in time.

Rooms are spacious, however cleanliness of the hotel is lacking , you can tell they don’t do a thorough clean of the bathrooms … with water marks on the stainless steel and soap scum around the taps … The air conditioning sound is also very loud , as it was hot outside it took a long time for the aircon to cool the room down at night. Had to use the earplugs to drown out the noise …

I recently stayed at this place, and overall, it was just okay. The amenities were decent, and the staff was friendly. However, the strong smell of smoke really detracted from my experience. It was pervasive and made it difficult to fully enjoy my stay.

Great location great hotel! Staff can't speak English. Beds were so soft and comfy. Rooms were spacious. Laundry room is excellent with dryers, washers and steamer. When we didn't retrieve our clothes in time, staff helped us fold some of our laundry and placed it all in a bag. Love that there were non-smoking rooms. Finally can sleep without the lingering hint of smoke in my nostrils. So close to the mall and the cute pedestrian zone. Tons of options for food and shopping. The hotel provides you with so many water bottles! Really appreciate it as this city gets super hot.

Booked and stayed in this hotel for 2 non-consecutive days within a week. Spacious and clean room. Breakfast is good. Most dishes are changed for the two different days

We stayed here for 4 days and it exceeded our expectation. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities, including the complimentary Wi-Fi and well-stocked minibar, were top-notch. The location is perfect – close to major attractions but tucked away enough to provide a quiet retreat after a busy day. I also loved the on-site restaurant, which offered a delicious vegetarian breakfast with a wide variety of options. The customer service was exceptional. The staffs, Ashley (Front Office Manager), Roy Huang(Guest Service Manager) and Eric (Guest Service Manager) went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, from offering personalized recommendations for local sights to accommodating special requests promptly. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a combination of luxury, convenience, and genuine hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

I took my kids out to play. I chose Orange E after reading the reviews. It didn't disappoint me. The overall hotel is very good. I fell in love with it right away when I entered the hotel lobby. The service was very good. I upgraded to a king-size room for free. The room was large and clean, and the layout was very warm. The room was very soundproof. The hotel facilities were complete. The kids loved the treadmill and couldn't get enough of it! The laundry dryer was very practical and convenient. The breakfast time was relatively long, the food was rich in style and tasted good. The kids loved fish balls the most. The hotel is in a good location, with complete surrounding facilities. The various attractions are not far away. It is also very convenient to take the bus if you don't want to walk. We also like the city of Fuzhou and will stay here again next time.
