An experience that exceeded expectations. This hotel deserves a high recommendation! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could sense the hotel's dedication. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was incredibly efficient. The entire hotel was filled with a pleasant fragrance. I had expected it to be a bit strong given its recent opening, but it wasn't a bother at all. The room was even more pleasant. It was spacious and bright, with a neatly organized layout and comfortable bedding, allowing me to quickly relax and enjoy a sound sleep. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, with spotless desks and bathroom corners. Even the disposable items were of higher quality than expected, making them incredibly reassuring. What impressed me most was the hotel's service: When I walked by the restaurant in the morning, the staff greeted me. When I asked for an extra quilt, it was delivered to my room within two minutes—a truly responsive response. The breakfast was also extensive, with hot and cold dishes, snacks, and drinks, all fresh and delicious, catering to every taste. I loved the bar's decor; it was absolutely stunning and full of design. I'll definitely be back.
