Fuzhou Homestays

We have been in 2 other countries in asia before, but this was by far our best hotel! We stayed with family and where immediately greeted with a warm cup of tea. We had a lot of questions to begin with and needed a driver for the rest of our trip, and the cordial service manager was so helpful and she even organized an all inclusive driver for us. Also Linda & Ashley from the hotel team helped us to the maximum extend and even stayed in contact with us via wechat, even though we already left Fuzhou, just to make sure that our trip is going smoothly and we can enjoy a great time in beautiful China. It is just excellent and outstanding service! The hotel itself is located directly on the west side of the UNESCO world heritage site of Sanfang Qixiang and when you turn right after exiting the main lobby you enter the site. The hotel is built in the same style and flair of Sanfang Qixiang ”The Beverly Hills of China” and has a lot of ambiance and elegance to it. Thanks to the 24/7 reception I was even able to get two ice packs for my swollen foot late at night There is also a coffee machine in the lobby that serves great coffee and tea and infused water and the breakfast is one floor down and has tasty vegetarian buffet. Also in the room you are greated with a tea set and a plate of fresh fruits local to the region. We were even able to send post cards from the hotel reception. Just a stellar experience! If you decide to see the beautiful cultural heritage site, then I can whole-heartedly recommend the San Po Hotel / Sanbaobindi Hotel in Fuzhou!! You will not regret it.

❤️The waiter contacted us in advance before check-in and sent the location, and told us where to take a taxi. It was very considerate! And when we went out that afternoon, it was going to rain, so we borrowed an umbrella. A sister at the front desk was very considerate and helped us get a pack of tissues to take with us, saying that if we got wet, we could wipe it off~ 🛖The homestay is the kind of WeChat that is quiet in the midst of noise. It is surrounded by various Internet celebrity dessert shops, but when you enter the courtyard where the room is located, it is very quiet. The bed, quilt and pillow in the room are super comfortable. For those who can't sleep in a different place, they can easily fall asleep and be happy! I guess it may also come from the smell of essential oils in the room? 🎁When checking in, I was given a coffee voucher from the nearby Beauty Coffee, which can be exchanged for coffee and desserts with an 12% discount. When I checked out, I was also given a small gift bag, which included mosquito repellent, comb, scented tablets, tissues and flower cakes. ⚠️The mosquitoes in Fuzhou🦟 are super fierce. Please remember to ask the front desk for mosquito repellent when you check in, so that you will not be bothered by mosquitoes during the few days of travel😟 (don’t ask me how I know!)

Facilities: A famous painter with more than 100 years of history 🧑🎨 renovated a traditional wooden tile classical ancestral house without losing modern simplicity and fashion. Restaurant, coffee shop, courtyard at the entrance, courtyard for drinking tea on the patio inside the house; bathtub 🛁, shower 🚿, 🚽, hair dryer and washbasin are all available. The location of the hotel is convenient and close to Sanxiang Qifang. The whole environment of the hotel is very elegant and clean. It is a good place to relax. The service attitude of the staff is also very good. I will stay here again next time I go to Fuzhou.

This looks like a family run minsu. It's a very old residence right at Sangxiahang, and the canal is in front of the minsu. We stayed at the ground floor. You can hear footsteps on the wooden floors upstairs. The taxi will not be able to stop right in front of the minsu so you have to drag your bags a short distance to the place. It would be good service if the staff wait at the roadside to guide us in. At night it is very beautiful with the lights and reflection on the water. The lady boss was considerate and obliging.we requested for additional water and was given a 5 liter bottle of water. We thought the room lights were dim, so they put in a standing lamp. We booked for a 3 person room. Room size and space is rather limited for 3 adults.The room and beddings are clean and fresh. Poor internet signal strength in our room which is located in a corner on the ground floor. There could be more international socket points. Past reviews raved about the decor and condition of the place so I set my expectations rather high. Breakfast was a set, serving typical Fuzhou cuisine like fish balls a thin skinned wonton soup, steamed sponge cake and meat bao

The location is the corner of the punch card to take pictures. The Tianan Church is above. You can visit it. The Lijiang River is across the road. It is very convenient to travel. The color of the room is bright and makes people feel happy. Every floor of the homestay is worth visiting slowly and taking pictures slowly. Next, I talked about the key points. I contacted two younger brothers and one younger sister. They were very enthusiastic and had a sense of boundaries. They were all excellent young people. Talk about breakfast. Although there are not many varieties, they are all the quality that they usually buy at home. They will not be wasted after eating. The tableware is also exquisite. Welcome fruit is also very fresh. As for the street is a bit noisy, Yantai Mountain Night Market is relatively late, and you will not go to bed early when you come out to play. It is ok to experience this kind of noise. I will come here next time I come to Fuzhou.

The location is great, the environment is beautiful, and the details reflect the owner's aesthetics and taste. I stopped by and stayed overnight, and unexpectedly discovered many beautiful things hidden in the gaps of time. I will stay here for a while when I have time in the future.

Great lodge!! Even bbq-ed. take note that they dont have much food up in the accoms, so make sure you buy your own food. But having cup noodles in the cool air of the mountains is perfect too. Manager Zhu, the owners and landlord all treated us with care, checked in with us. Ktv room and games room were added perks! Only downside was it was cold at night and the heated didnt manage to flow through out the room so wear thicker in the winter!

My stay at Dieyuan was a pleasant surprise. I normally stay at major brand hotels, but this time I wanted to be close to the area where all of the nations had their consulates and tea trading companies during the 19th century. This decision proved fortuitous. The architecture of the area is beautiful. The service in this villa style hotel is first class from the time you walk in the door. The ambience is enchanting. I was actually a sad to leave. Because of this experience I am going to try staying in similar establshments in other places as well.

A very pleasantly surprised treasure homestay! After a busy week, I was almost soaked in the smell of the class. I felt dizzy looking at the electronic screens of my mobile phone and computer, but I was immediately healed by the beautiful scenery of this homestay. There are two buildings here, and there is a carefully built mountain path between the buildings. There are a variety of flowers and green plants on the road, as well as various leisure check-in spots such as net beds, flower viewing platforms, pavilions, tea huts, artificial waterfalls, etc., which can easily produce 10,000 photos. There are musical instruments such as guqin, guitar, piano, etc. in the indoor area. There is also a coffee bar. The overall layout is also very attentive. In the evening, the sun will gently shine into the room. The room is also warm and exquisite 🏖️I stayed in the Starry Sky Room: Arashiyama This is a panoramic glass room, but the sound insulation and light blocking are very good, the roof sunshade is retractable, you can lie on the bed at night and enjoy the starry sky! There are also two bamboo chairs on the terrace with a great view🌄 The room is also fully equipped with Sam's snacks, drinks, bath bags, bath balls, hair ties and other thoughtful little items, and even mountain spring water for making tea! 💧I brought tangerine peel white tea, which tastes especially good when brewed with mountain spring water🍵 Convenient parking, family rooms suitable for the whole family, free drinks and breakfast are also good, especially happy and healing fairy tale world
