Pleasant stay If you're on a budget, this hotel is a good option. Room was clean, minimalist industrial interior, sufficient amenities, room a little bit dark, but still okay, no views outside the window Bathroom, no separate between shower and closet, so the bathroom will get wet and slippery, other than that, the bathroom quite spacious, so it's comfortable to bath Walking distance to Malioboro, didn't take breakfast, because i prefer local culinary.

there are many hotels that offer a comfortable place to stay but this hotel offers a safe and spacious place to enjoy the beauty of the city of Jogja and comfortable rest when tired after traveling around tourist attractions full of resorts and culinary delights, the point is that it is highly recommended for the completeness of the facilities served and the main thing is that it is very strategically located which makes us cheap when going around town and resorts and the other is the place is close to traditional eating places such as soto in the morning and wet snacks which are very easy to get, basically the needs around the hotel are very comfortable and friendly and no less important close to ring road access

First room was not good.. Air Conditioning has terrible sounding, bathroom door, towels were dirty. Then reported to receptionist. I met with higher personnel for the hotel, then I reported with condition of the room. Then she gave me a better room than the first one. But, still towels and bed linen are old and look dirty.

I recently stayed at The Rich Hotel over the weekend, and I was really impressed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfy. The hotel is conveniently located near Jogja City Mall, allowing me to enjoy karaoke, shopping, and dining easily. The price I paid was definitely worth the quality I got. Highly recommended!

Check in process was smooth, the staff are nice. There is welcoming drink. The room was clean. But too noisy, we can hear voice from outside of the room. Even the voice from the pool, can be heard. (My room are not that close from the pool). Everything is great, but need more Soundproofing.

The hotel is unique, I like the design and colorful accessories, the location is good, it's a shame the maintenance isn't good, our room had a drainage smell, when I checked in there was aromatherapy, but after it died the toilet drainage smell started to appear, the hand shower it already needs to be replaced, indeed our room rates are not expensive so don't expect perfect ones. But maintenance must still be considered for the comfort of guests.

Had a pleasant stay. Good location. Friendly and helpful staffs. We were mesmerized by the view of Mount Merapi from our room. Wil surely stay here again the next time we visit Yogyakarta. Thank you.

The room was nice clean,and cozy and the food was great. The breakfast variety were boost my mood. What a wonderfull time to stay with a warmest and helpfull team. Mr Agus has shown the proffessionalism and great us in every single guests momment during our stay. A nice guy you have to meet. When I get into the room, the room is quite small, what a little shock is that the bathroom is like a boat and a little shiny, the room is a little light, the window is very dim. Unfortunately, if there is a sound in the hallway of the room, it's very shocking inside so it's like awake. By the way, the breakfast is very good for a budget hotel like this, complete, a little more classy than other hotels in Rajasthan at the same price.

The hotel so amazing..so homey..we feel so home n comfortable,the staff so friendly and helpfull,and it has mosque in the lobby..smells good..breakfast menu oh my good soo delicious,i really recommend u to stay in Grand Rohan Hotel..even the location of the hotel its in the middle of the city..there a lots food around. If someday i will spene my holiday again in jogjakarta 100% i will stay in this hotel again. This is one of the best hotel ever..5star for this hotel 🩷🩷🩷
