"This stay exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, the room was spotless, with good natural light and ventilation. The bed was just the right firmness, perfect for a good rest after a long day. Jonna, one of the staff members, was polite, attentive, and very responsive to requests. The common areas were spacious and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Overall, it's great value for money and an excellent choice for travelers."

"Passing through on our way back to Beijing, we decided to exit the highway for Dezhou Braised Chicken! I was torn between two hotels but ultimately chose Atour—and it was definitely the right call! It's so new and conveniently located close to the highway exit. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful, helping me find the best price when I checked in. We booked a family king room, and the three of us slept very comfortably. The breakfast was fantastic, and the lotus root patties were especially delicious! Even though it was just a one-night stop in Dezhou, we rested incredibly well. Eating at Yingxiang Dezhou and staying at Atour was absolutely the perfect combination!"

The parking lot is huge and even has charging stations. It's not far from Ba Da Ju, and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zibo. It's genuinely a great place! Also, everyone is welcome to visit Linyi for some stir-fried chicken and to explore Langya Ancient City and Wang Xizhi's Former Residence after enjoying Zibo barbecue, whenever you have the time."

When I got to the room, it was beautiful—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. She gave us a warm welcome upon check-in and introduced us to the hotel. The location was super convenient – just across the street from Henglong Plaza, making shopping and dining a breeze. In the evenings, a pleasant 20-minute stroll led us straight to Daming Lake and Chaoran Tower to see the illuminations, making our itinerary incredibly relaxed.

Our family of five arrived late (past one o’clock in the morning) by plane. Thanks to the front desk guy who took us from the parking lot to the hotel. Otherwise, with kids, 4 luggages, raining heavily, midnight, one could imagine how disastrous would be without the help from the hotel front desk!
The breakfast is also very rich, and the service is also very good. I’m not sure if this is due to the friendly personality of Qingdao people or just Atour staff, people I met when I touched down from Qingdao airport to convenient storekeeper to driver, I found that people here are very easy-going. For this reason, I am looking forward to this trip at Qingdao. 😊

RRE_cyclingWe had an apartment on the 3rd floor. There was some dirt left in the bathroom, the drain was partly clogged by hairs which you dont immediately see, because it is under a cover. Inside the apartment there are stairs leading to a second level but upstairs there is nothing except for an additional bed and no windows.
Its a little unhandy that you need to go to the 9th floor of the neighbouring building to check in.
The view from the main apartment is pretty nice, one can see the sea from the bed! Location is also nice, close to the seafront.

Jade was very friendly, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the room was well soundproofed, making for a very quiet night. Hot water supply in the bathroom was stable, and all the facilities were new and complete. The staff were responsive, and the overall environment was clean and quiet. AAlice_k1Our stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant. The hotel itself looks absolutely amazing, it truly feels like staying in a castle, both from the outside and inside. Our room had a beautiful sea view, which created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The breakfast offered a nice variety of options, and the café with its balcony overlooking the sea was a wonderful place to enjoy coffee. The food at the café was also very good.
One of the highlights of our stay was the concierge service. The concierge was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. He assisted us many times with our deliveries and always made a great impression. Most of the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming as well.
The hotel’s location, away from the city center, is actually a big advantage for those looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The beach is not crowded, and the swimming pool is usually peaceful and not busy.
However, there are some areas where the hotel could improve.
The room cleaning service needs more attention. It wasn't good at all.
Some cups at breakfast were also dirty or cracked.
The service at the café could be improved as well. When we came to order afternoon tea at around 5 PM, one of the young staff members seemed unhappy and impatient because it was close to the end of his working day. After making a short call, we were told that the kitchen was not answering and that they were no longer working. This experience did not feel very welcoming. Though I understand he really wanted to leave work asap, he could share it with his coworker after we left, not in front of us 🤣
The hotel also has a Japanese restaurant, but the staff could not provide clear information about its opening days or availability. We were told it might be open on Thursday and Friday, but it was not certain.
Another concern is the small zoo area. animals appeared to be staying outside in the heat all day. In particular, there was a dog kept in a cage outside during very hot weather (around 35°C), which was concerning and seemed unsuitable for the animal’s comfort..
The beach near the hotel was unfortunately quite dirty, which is something that could be improved.
Regarding the swimming pools, the indoor pool felt quite cold, especially with the air conditioning, making it difficult to enjoy with a child when the outdoor weather is too hot. The outdoor pool area also has limited comfortable seating. There are only a few lounge chairs, and adding soft cushions or mats would greatly improve the experience and make the area more relaxing.
Overall, we had a nice stay and enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere, views, and peaceful location. The hotel has great potential, and with some improvements in service quality, cleanliness, and facilities, it could become an even better experience for guests.
