This hotel is right next to Quancheng Square, and the scenic view room offers expansive views, allowing you to watch the musical fountain from your room at night. The room facilities are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and all the complimentary welcome fruits were delicious, showing the hotel's thoughtful service. I didn't get a chance to use the gym or indoor pool due to time constraints, but I imagine they would be excellent too. I especially recommend staying here if you're doing business at Xiangheng Square; the two buildings are connected, so you can go back and forth without stepping outside, which is super convenient. It's also within walking distance of key attractions like Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, Daming Lake, and Wulongtan, and it's easy to get to Kuanhouli and Furong Street for food and shopping. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Jinan.

This was my first time staying at an Atour Light hotel. The style is really interesting, with a predominantly blue theme, making it feel more geared towards a younger crowd. The room size was pretty standard, not particularly large, but the cleanliness and service were excellent in every aspect. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and quickly helped with any requests we had. However, the biggest issue with the room was the poor soundproofing. You could clearly hear people laughing or talking loudly in nearby rooms. This is definitely something that could use improvement.

I spent a weekend here, and it was a great experience! My apartment was absolutely fantastic, offering breathtaking views from the 42nd floor. Waking up to that sea view every morning was truly a highlight of my stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. The facilities and services provided by the hotel are top‑notch. The hotel staff are helpful and professional. I am glad I chose this hotel for my trip! I genuinely enjoyed every moment spent there. Facilities: The overall facilities aren't very new. Out of the two elevators going up to the 54th floor, one was out of order, so waiting for the elevator was a bit of a hassle. The food in the executive lounge was quite limited and mediocre. Hygiene: The room was clean, and the lounge was also very clean. Service: The suite came with a butler, Vivi, whose service was exceptionally thoughtful and almost always available. She even helped us get takeout in the evening and promptly brought extra blankets when we needed them, which was a very heartwarming experience. On our last day, we overslept, but instead of disturbing us, she directly helped us extend our check-out until 2 PM, which was incredibly considerate. The staff in the lounge were also proactive in greeting us and offering assistance.

The hotel is very good, very close to the Polar Ocean World. I came during the Spring Festival. The breakfast was very affordable. As for dinner, because it was the Spring Festival, I didn't eat out. It was affordable and healthy. The front desk service was also good. They helped to store temporary luggage and helped to store half of the ice city. I will stay here next time.

The hotel is in a residential area, so there are plenty of places to eat, especially the Shuangheyuan restaurant right next door – a must-try! You can rent an electric scooter downstairs at the hotel and it's only a 5-minute ride to Jinsha Beach, which is about 3km away. There's free coffee in the lobby, and Rose provided excellent service. This place is perfect for friends traveling together.

This is no doubt that No 8 Courtyard Homestay is beautiful place to stay. As international visitors to China it was exactly as we hoped for when we booked. Authentic traditional Chinese accommodation with modern hotel facilities in a fabulous location. It’s very quiet despite the proximity to the busier areas nearby. However, we were very disappointed to find the Homestay misrepresents information about smoking that was important to our accomodation choices and selection on Trip.com. As the photo from the website below shows, No Smoking in Public Areas, there is a Smoking Area. The smell of cigarette smoke was very evident on our arrival in both the courtyard, and the internal reception area. We questioned the hotel receptionist who explained smoking is permitted in certain areas, including the Courtyard that guests enter and exit every time to go in or out of the Homestay. The Courtyard is an outdoor public space and the Homestay smoking area (as per the photo of the ashtray in the Courtyard below). It’s unavoidable. While the reception area is internal, the receptionist explained guests are asked not to smoke if they are smoking. Furthermore, the Homestay provides hotel style ashtrays as the entrances to the elevator and we pointed out there was a cigarette butt in the ashtray, evidence of smoking despite the information on Trip.com. There were no visible ‘no smoking signs’. This meant that we would not enjoy the beautiful public spaces of eitber the Courtyard or the Reception area without cigarette smoke or other guests smoking. The receptionist suggested to us we find another hotel, at nearly 10pm we found this was unsatisfactory. She offered for us to stay and pay one night (of our 3 night booking) but this was a problem for our itinerary. The following day we were offered to change to a room with its own courtyard which we did. However, we would never have booked this accommodation if the correct information about smoking by the Homestay was on Trip.com. As hotel guests have to trust 100 hundred percent that the information on the website is accurate and we reiterated this when the manager came to meet us. The filters for non smoking on Trip.com are very good. But, the Homestay allows smoking in the outside public areas, and internal public areas are only managed if the staff ask the guests not to smoke. The reception told us that does not stop the guests from smoking and they can’t control that. The manager said the Homestay would review its smoking policy. Regardless of this, It is necessary for the Homestay not to misrepresent information but to provide accurate information on their booking platforms.

It was great to stay in this hotel in Weihai for three nights. The location is very good, just opposite the Weihai Campus of Shandong University. You can reach the No. 1 Beach and Torch 8th Street by crossing the campus. The most satisfying thing is the food and beverage in this hotel. The breakfast is super rich and delicious. By the way, the hotel also offers a set meal of sea intestines and rice. The price is acceptable and it is also very delicious. If I have the chance to go to Weihai, I will stay in this hotel again. When I left the hotel, I was given a gift bag of snacks that my children love to eat. It was full of sincerity.

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was very welcoming. There's free parking available, and a shopping mall nearby with convenient transportation. It's a great choice for travelers.
