My overall experience during the stay had its pros and cons. First, let's talk about the downsides. The hotel's elevators are a bit small, and there are only three of them. During peak check-in and check-out times, you really need a lot of patience, as you often have to wait for a while. The room has a split air conditioning unit, but its cooling performance was just average. For someone who gets hot easily, it might not feel cool enough at night, which slightly detracts from the comfort. However! The absolute highlight and most surprising aspect of this stay was definitely the hotel's hot spring ♨️. I happened to visit on a misty day, and soaking in the hot spring while being surrounded by fog created an incredible atmosphere – it was super relaxing and therapeutic. At that moment, I truly felt like I had made the right choice. Because of this amazing hot spring experience, the earlier minor drawbacks were greatly overshadowed. Overall, if your trip to Jiaoxi is primarily for hot springs and relaxation, this place is definitely worth considering. The slow-living spa facilities are absolutely fantastic! You barely need to bring anything. Just grab a towel at the front desk, and inside there are slippers for you to change into. For showering, they provide not only body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, but even makeup remover and facial cleanser. In the vanity area, you'll find combs, cotton swabs, hair ties, and body lotion. There are five main hot spring pools, each with a different theme, plus a fish spa pool where little fish nibble at your feet. Indoors, there's a cold plunge pool, a steam room, and a sauna. A great feature is that both the steam room and sauna are separated by gender. They also offer complimentary iced smoothies, cold drinks, barley tea, and hot ginger tea. The hot ginger tea is sweet and delicious!

As a solo traveler, I booked a single room that was very affordably priced and included breakfast. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was decent, and having a coffee machine for a morning cup was a definite plus. Although the room was small, it was spotlessly clean and even had a bathtub for soaking. The toiletries, including body wash and shampoo, were from a well-known brand (依必朗), which was a pleasant surprise. The only minor drawback was the public swimming pool; it wasn't particularly clean and lacked on-site supervision.

Convenient location to the train and bus stations. Car rental places are nearby. Route 8101A and Express A (ferry harbor) bus stop is not too far from the hotel if east coastal attractions and the Green Island are your destinations. 8101A departs once a day at 8:30 to major sightseeings along the coastal highway in a cruise ship style ride with 30 to 60 minute stay at each attraction and then returns to the departure stop in a close loop. Express A to the ferry harbor in 20 minute ride with a 30 minute bus interval.

The service was very attentive. Although it's an established establishment, it's still very well maintained. The bathtub is very large, and the hot water is plentiful and comes quickly, making for a very comfortable shower. The environment is quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. I recommend staying here.

The hotel's services and the attitude of the service staff are very good. I look forward to staying here again next time. The only drawback is that guests cannot park their rented motorcycles next to the first floor of the hotel. They need to park in the motorcycle parking space opposite the hotel. The key point is that there is also the Nanhai Visitor Center opposite the hotel, so it is difficult to find a motorcycle parking space, which is not very friendly to guests.

The room and bathtub were both very spacious, and the environment was clean and tidy. There's parking available for both cars and scooters. Staying on the 8th floor, the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows would probably be beautiful on a clear day, allowing you to enjoy the scenery right from bed. It's just a shame it was rainy when I visited. Overall, it was a great experience! I didn't hear any noise from other rooms or the sound of water running, so the soundproofing is excellent!

As soon as you step into the lobby, you will feel the spaciousness and grandeur of the lobby. The service staff is friendly, the room is spacious, and there is a big bathtub. The infinity pool on the third floor is perfect for photos for influencers, and it is also suitable for families with children. The hotel is within walking distance to Anping Fort and Old Street, and bicycles are available for rent. For breakfast, we have Tainan’s famous beef soup, which is fresh and sweet, and is not inferior to other famous restaurants. A hotel I would like to visit again.

We stayed at this hotel for whale watching and surprisingly it was awesome! The room is comfortable and clean. The service attitude is good! You can rent a motorcycle at the hotel and ride it to the night market. I recommend this hotel to everyone who comes to Hualien~ If I come to Hualien next time, I will come back to stay at this hotel with a high cost performance!

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the overall setup was excellent. After staying here, I'm already thinking about coming back when I have the chance. The hot spring pool is large, and the water pressure is strong. Given yesterday's low temperatures, it was a big plus that I didn't have to wait long to enjoy the hot spring. The hotel's location is also great; it's very convenient for ordering takeout if you don't feel like going out. 🥰 Highly recommend! Finally, today's breakfast had a wide variety of options, I only managed to try some of them, so I'll have to complete the experience next time. It was delicious, and you can even eat until 1:30 PM! 🥳
