賓館在三樓，沒電梯，行李箱自己拎上去。房間太小，且沒有窗户，衞生間倒是挺大有窗户。房間裏沒有紙巾和礦泉水。地板臟，小朋友喜歡赤腳走路腳底板直接黑了。半夜12點想再開一間單人間，攜程上明明顯示有一間40/50/60的，老闆説沒了，衹有70的。

看評價説比較安靜就選的這家，離景點比較近走路就可以到，缺點是臨街，路邊的噪音很大，窗户很不隔音，走廊很窄，外面人夜裡説話房間裏聽的很清楚，一晚上都沒有睡好，不知道是誰評的安靜，我真謝謝他，好在價格便宜，實話實説

全新裝修哦！房間也乾淨整潔～隔音也蠻好滴！個人感覺位置很好找，交通便利離南門口，步步高，中聯商城，釣魚台美食街，贛四中，贛一中，宋城走路大約5分鐘到10分鐘之間，所以來旅行或者出差選擇這家性價比高，老闆娘也非常熱情給我們推薦周邊好玩的好吃的～大家沖鴨！！
