性價比高，就是狀況太多，不過能解決，給個及格分吧！
1.辦入住慢，花了10來分鐘，告訴前台如果搞不明白，就按我的攜程訂單上訊息處理就好，訂單上怎麼寫的，就怎麼辦理，多麼簡單的事。我的訂單訊息是17號3點後入住，18號14點退房，前台堅持她自己的想法，當前時間入住，就要17號14點退房。後面聯繫攜程客服後，問題解決。後面前台也表示歉意了。
2.餐廳的一個老阿姨，我在那吃了幾分鐘，她就在那大聲説了幾分鐘，關鍵你説就説吧！聲音要小一點啊！內容也要健康點吧！一大早就説，誰70幾死了，誰80幾死，了，死死死的，多不吉利。而且碰到有一有員工到餐廳就聊，關鍵員工在打餐，對着飯菜大聲説話，唾末都跑菜裏了。和前台反應後，消停了會，後面又聊什麼駕照啊！保健品啊！第二天是安靜了。關鍵是好像對我有意見還是怎樣，每次一轉身那個阿姨就從我背後經過，兩次差點撞上。一次是拿碗筷，一次是打完飯轉身。
3.洗衣機用來洗一次性拖鞋，如圖所示。

來這邊商務出差，這個應該是以前7天酒店改的，整理環境還不錯，位置也還不錯，如果能繼續保持這個性價比，下次還會來。

性價比高，女前台都還不錯。就是一個男的小年輕很不友好。
我把在酒店碰到的問題，點評後。那男的跑房間一臉嚴肅的來興師問罪，沒有一句抱歉的話。就是説有問題不要發到網上，私下解決就好。
我説至少三遍，不要打擾我休息後他才憤恨不平的走。
基本邏輯都沒搞清楚，還來責怪顧客。你作為管理者，就是核實情況，並做出改進。如果當面給顧客道歉，我歡迎並接受。結果卻還來一臉嚴肅地指責我。叫你不要打擾我休息，還喋喋不休。不給差評給什麼？

住那麼多天別的前台服務都挺好的，之前一直給的都是好評，今天五點下來退房，因為打電話沒有告知收費，先找我要60，那我還不如開全天房了，後來變成50，因為態度也不好，人情事故都不會做什麼前台？後來那個小哥來了，價格變成45，我給了30，就直接走了，有時候真的不是因為那點錢，是真的態度
