The hotel was good and services were fine. Had a bad experience on the 1st day as wifi was out other than that hotel is good value for money.

Clean and spacious room. Coffee, tea, and sparkling water at lobby. Better inside than outside.

The hotel is between willowbrook/Gardena, which has fallen on hard times. Not much in the area food or entertainment wise, so a car is needed. But the staff were helpful enough, and they have a nice pool as well. Not the best place for one who like smoking tho

I can’t believe this price can get this great hotel! The room is pretty big! I guess can put 2-3 king size beds. Clean, new, bright as the booking page showing. There are free drink machines offering coffees & beverages, staffs are friendly. The only shortage is the location, kind of far to the main Hollywood etc, but if you have a car that won’t have a problem

They charge deposit and still not return! 1 month late!!!

Very nice place but you have to pay for parking per night and the street parking is non existent. Staff is really nice and they are really clean rooms. Bed is very comfy! Liquor store across the street was nice to have hahaha

Very clean, polite front desk. Complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate from high tech vending machines. Youthful feel. Incredible, trendy, and aesthetic room design.

The Indian guy at the front desk seemed nice that day. The hotel's surroundings were indeed a bit poor, but it was cheap after all. The facilities were relatively old, but it was okay to be cheap. After all, Los Angeles is a big city and hotels are not cheap.

Interior decoration spacing a bit old Service attitude ok There is a swimming pool shopping mall food court below very convenient to eat and valet parking is cheaper than other hotels will go again

Ctrip actually gave it a 4.1 rating? The surrounding environment of this place is really bad, there is nothing! I mean nothing!!! The hotel is probably disinfected, there is a very unpleasant smell of disinfectant. It is next to the road and the noise from passing vehicles is very loud. The only advantage is that the room is quite big. If you don't drive yourself, you must be cautious when staying here.

Clean and sanitary, good service! I like this location very much. Recommended hotel, but you have to book in advance, it is very popular and often no rooms are available.

Arrived early, it was already 12 o'clock, but they still wouldn't give me a room, they had to wait until after 3 pm. The room I was given at night was facing the street and noisy, on the first floor. I asked the front desk to change it, but they refused, saying that this was the only room, no breakfast, and the location was remote. I will definitely not stay here again

I was surprised at how beautiful it was, just like the pictures. I thought I was in America! I'm very grateful for the car transportation. I'll definitely stay here again when I go to LA😊 Thank you to the front desk staff for your polite service😊
