Overall good, friendly and hospitality services.

The room was spacious and very clean. It's really close to the airport. Parking costs extra, but the facilities are well-maintained. If you're heading to the airport the next day, it's about a ten-minute drive.

A hotel of unrecommendable quality. The location, service, and room condition were all terrible. The price was high, the staff were unfriendly, and the hotel was located in an undesirable neighborhood. Oddly, there was a desk but no chair, making it impossible to work. I would never want to stay at this hotel again.

The room was very spacious, but the air conditioning was too noisy. The breakfast was generous.

The only thing I liked was the location, which is very convenient. There's a laundromat nearby and a small shop if you want something to drink or a snack, that's it.

The location and the rooms are very comfortable. Perhaps they should make an effort to improve the cleanliness and the food.

We had to keep adding water to the toilet to flush. I also got diarrhea from the sparkling water in the lobby and the pillows were very very flat. Other than that it was great. The room was very spacious, clean and very beautiful.

I could not sleep well at night because of the noise of the AC. The b3d is not too comfy. The room was clean.

The hotel's location is terrible, situated in a slum and quite far from the subway station. It feels very unsafe walking back at night after taking the subway. Compared to other hotels, the price is relatively cheap, the decor is average, and the cleanliness is acceptable. For guests staying multiple nights, the cleaning staff doesn't come daily, which is good because you don't have to tip, but the downside is you have to ask the front desk if you want your room cleaned, and they might even charge for that service. For first-time visitors to Los Angeles or solo travelers, I strongly advise against choosing this hotel.
