Hotels Near Chin Swee Caves Temple in Genting Highlands

The loft bed max weight is 80kg (I did not see this notice anywhere before booking the room) - end up, we did not stay the loft top bed - 6 of us squeezed into 2 queen beds (2 of us squeezing in between the beds). Is good if hotel can raise this 'max 80kg' somewhere! One natural problem - outside wind strong - sometimes really very noisy - hotel can consider fixing something that can tone down the noise. The rest are just good!

Overall it was good. Love the view from my bed. I think the view is one of the best among all hotels in Genting. One little improvement that is essential is, the blanket is too warm. This blanket only works if Malaysia is snowing. I can’t sleep without blanket, however it’s too hot in this blanket and my sleep was poor despite having a comfy bed.

this trip book triple room, email to request for mountain view, and I really got it, just pay abit more, to book triple room, and it's much bigger and comfortable, upons arrival, just paid another 19 Ringgit, for ealry check in, get very clean room with mountain views, very happy with this trip stay, easy & fast check in, trip.com alwsys never fail me, will continue to book from trip .com, whenever I travel on free & easy. thank you trip.com and genting customer service. sorry forgot to take photo of the room, as in was excited with the mountain views.

We decided to put up a night at Awana Genting for a short break & quick getaway. Love the cool mountain weather and the well mannered landscaping. However parking was not senior citizen friendly and food served for breakfast could have been better. We did the Clearwater way tour the next morning and it was indeed such an amazing experience. The good: The room was overall clean and the toilet was clean too. The water pressure in the shower is decently strong. Fresh sheets and pillow cases were provided, and the pillows did not stink like in many other hotels. The location is great (an 8-minute slow drive from First World Hotel), the check-in staff was friendly and so nice, and the wi-fi was fast. There's free parking (You will have to take the lift from the parking building to the 7th floor, then walk over to the tower you're living in, then take the lift in that tower to the floor you're staying in). Also, they provide complimentary bedroom slippers, shower gel/shampoo, soap, toothbrush/paste, vanity kit and razor. They have convenience stores and a few restaurants in the complex, so you won't go hungry and you can always buy your necessities just a few steps from your room. The bad: The toilet door was creaking terribly, waking up your roommates when you go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The floor was very clean but also rather slippery from the floor detergent used. The water leaks out from the shower cubicle when bathing, so put your floor mat further away from the door when bathing so it doesn't get wet (same distance as the toilet bowl). The hot water does not run continuously - if you have a fantastic super hot shower for 15 to 20 minutes, the water will become cool and you'll have to wait another 20 minutes before the hot water tank heats up and you can have another fantastic super hot shower. And the pump that supplies water to the tap in the room sink makes a horribly loud sound whenever you switch it on and off. Conclusion: I paid less than RM100 to stay in this room so I think it's definitely value for money. Love the location - it's higher than the Genting theme park area, cold and misty. Will come back again next time.

The room is very spacious, but the location is not good. The service of the counter staff is OK, and you can use the machine to check out. The hygiene is OK, but the room is very humid and has a peculiar smell.

This hotel offers a luxurious stay with spacious rooms, top-notch amenities, and exceptional service. Can enjoy a stunning infinity pool and a relaxing spa. Though the prices are on the higher side, the overall experience makes it a great choice for a peaceful and indulgent getaway.

The best hotel I have stayed in Melaka😍 the ultimate best I would say, hospitality top notch and cleanliness no words, very clean. I would appreciate the owner as he literally concerned about customers stay which included availability of parking as well. Snacks provided by them brought back all the child memories. Thank you again, will definitely come here again and highly recommended.

Off-side from everything else so it's a little troublesome to travel around. A little troublesome getting around in the hotel. If you're unlucky, the hotel lobby, hotel room and carpark is all 3 different tower so you will need to walk around up and down to get to it. The room is pretty much clean with water,fridge,tea,dental kit,vanity kit etc. jus that they should actually have soap+shampoo.

Very good facilities and experience. Water should be arranged in the room as shops are very far, but rest was quite a good experience, definitely recommended
