退房有吊飾小禮物，
缺點：離大馬路到房型隔音很差會很吵
房間電子鎖感應很差，每次開門都要用很久，

Very homely and cosy hotel which exudes historic charm. It is extremely clean and the staff there are very warm, responsive and attentive to guest’s needs and requests. Location is very convenient, it is walking distance to many famous spots and yummy eateries. Highly recommended!

It is ideally located with many eateries and shops around.
We love the comfortable beds and this hotel which is beautifully decorated with the Peranakan taste.
For a stay of 2 nights, we were given a coupon of the afternoon tea which provide the local delicacies.
The kind staff packed and sent over the boxes of snack and fruit to our room since we were unable to attend the afternoon tea.
In all, it is highly recommended to stay in this clean and ideally located hotel with very attentive & helpful staff.

Hotel is nicely decorated and looked very antique. Room is spacious and clean. Very good location, friendly walking distance to George Town and most of the sights. The complimentary afternoon tea offered by the hotel was tasty and in good portioning. The Wifi was very weak and not connectable most of the time. And the TV couldn’t work as there was basically no network available which stopped you from watching Netflix, YouTube and Prime TV etc.
