The Granite Luxury Hotel Penang

I want to be back! 🏅Reception staff - offered welcome drinks (cold grape juice) upon arrival. It was only past 10am but they allowed us early check-in! Called us after a few hours to ask if everything is alright with the room, or if we need anything...very proactive approach. The next day I called them to request some things we needed and they arranged it fast, with the help of Housekeeping. They were also very helpful with recommendations on where to eat breakfast. And yes, this hotel offer FREE shuttle service at popular breakfast hangouts. Just book your slot and timing with them. Housekeeping - Sattar was assigned to our room and I have no complaints. I'm happy how he made our room fresh, replenished, and clean everyday. I made small requests if I can get some more of this and that, and he obliged very willingly! Shuttle Driver - leaves on the dot. We always booked the 8:30am trip. This is a FREE service and there are 7 (I think) breakfast stops you can choose from. I love this service as it gives you plenty of options on what to eat, and Penang is truly a foodie destination. The hotel doesn't serve breakfast, I think that's why they have this service instead. Location - no regrets! It's very central to everything. We did mostly walking tour to explore Georgetown and this hotel is close to many popular spots and streets. If you're tired of being outdoors, there's a new mall nearby, 1st Avenue, and some other older ones like Gama, Prangin Mall, and of course, TOP Komtar. Room - very spacious for 2 persons! Everything we needed was provided. We really had a comfortable stay ❤️. Pool - It has an acrylic bottom swimming pool with sweeping views of Georgetown. How cool is that! Gorgeous views from here! Thank you to all hotel staff! It's not just the hotel itself, but your warm service is truly appreciated. Would love to come back again!

The hotel is near everything and is in the heart of the town. Been staying here for a few times and is suitable for big family

The hotel has no breakfast service. Room is clean and location is strategic. Hotel offers different type of pillows. Check in on 4pm but room is not ready yet, this is poor. Car park is complimentary. Although the hotel has Malaysia tallest automated hotel car park but is a disaster for those who are driving cause the ground is small, guest has to queue to enter/exit the car park if there are few guests on the same time. Parking or picking up the car also another disaster that guest has to wait for the machine to pick up the car. However, there is a very helpful, friendly, patient, and passion staff named Neezam, frustration just gone when he guide the guest how to drop the car to car park, he is a gem.

Had a pleasant 4D3N stay at this hotel. Location was superb. Although the hotel does not offer breakfast, their complimentary shuttle bus to various popular breakfast spots more than made up for it. Hotel was also thoughtful enough to prepare a small cheesecake knowing it was our wedding anniversary.

The hotel was awesome. Starting from the receptions, very warm welcome, was given a room to rest as we arrived early. We were then able to check a few hours early. Thanks. The room were very modern and included all the amenities you can think of, even down to the choice of pillow. The pool is awesome and an attraction itself as it’s an infinity pool will a glass bottom on the 13th floor. The car park is also so futuristic and something you defo need to see during your visit. The car park is all automated, you drive in, and the technology parks your car. Sone transformers level stuff. Location is very central, few mins from the arts of George Town. Few seconds away from 4 shopping malls. Opposite is the top towers. Grab us super easy and cheap to get to wherever you need.

Excellent service and hospitality provided by hotel. Close and approximately to all the hot spot tourist locations. Walkable. However the phone in room is faulty. Nevertheless, looking forward to be back.
