The room was beautiful, nice furnitures, toilet was clean, people are helping and nice, food is to be improved - we ordered for some Chinese dishes - that can at best be called Mogli-Chinese - I made a big mistake - forgot to return the room key - it was also a mistake in their part - they should have collected it after checkout - I returned the key through the Speed Post -

Best Hospitality. Good Hygiene and excellent Ambience. Restaurant was superb. Many quality and delicious veg and nonveg dishes. Reception staff, housekeeping & Room service were awesome. Over all Great and satisfied stay at Ginger Hotel, Gondia. Swimming Pool also maintained good. Thank U Hotel Ginger and Team

We had a delightful stay at the Ginger Hotel in Gondia, Maharashtra. The rooms were not just clean, but beautifully adorned, creating a serene and comfortable environment. The food was a gastronomic delight, each dish was delicious and left me wanting more. The staff was courteous, always ready to assist with a warm smile. A special mention must be made of the restaurant manager, Neelima. Her attention to detail and dedication to ensuring a wonderful dining experience was truly commendable. Overall, my stay at Ginger Hotel was memorable and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gondia.
