I went with my father and he was very satisfied. The room is clean and there is not a single bug. The breakfast is very delicious and there is a variety of food. The owner is very kind and positive. It is a hotel that makes you feel completely in Cappadocia. I highly recommend it.

Finally I got to know the cave hotels in Turkey. They can be described as dirty, messy and poor. They are basically at the level of small family-style hotels. In China, they would cost at most one or two hundred yuan, but here they would cost one or two thousand yuan. There was no ventilation at all, it was cold and damp, and the beds were covered with dirty Turkish blankets. The hot air balloons in Turkey were indeed beautiful in the morning, but the prices were also ridiculously expensive. Two days before we came, the price rose to 500 euros per person because the flights were suspended for two days. When we arrived, it dropped to 250 euros. We went to the store to ask, and the boss temporarily raised the price to 280 euros. We thought the price was too outrageous, so we didn't go to ride it, but we got up at five or six in the morning to see the sky full of hot air balloons. Indeed, this kind of scenery can only be seen here. The landscape of Cappadocia is indeed very beautiful and unique, a bit like an alien planet.

The owner is very welcoming. The cave room will be a bit dark and the air exchange will be poor. These are also characteristics of cave hotels. You need to be mentally prepared. The breakfast is very delicious.

The location is very good, very close to attractions. The boss has a great attitude.
Perfect position, very kind and helpul owners. They helped us in organizing activities in cappadocia. Breakfast is really good and abundant, and you can ask also for dinner. The rooms are really large because they are small caves inside the rocks.

I’m a female who travelled to cappadocia from India along with a friend in early October. So glad that we stayed in such a beautiful cozy place nestled right in the main area of Goreme. All the cafés/restaurants, open air museum were so closeby that we walked and hiked to see the marvels of this beautiful place. The owner of this property was so helpful and courteous and made us feel like home away from home. Learnt so much about the place and the architecture from him. His son, Shahin too is such a sweetheart and helped us in every step of the way; be it booking the tours we wanted or any immediate help we sought… Absolutely loved and enjoyed the heartiest breakfast I had in Türkiye. One must try their all homemade jams, you ain’t gonna find those anywhere!! So, if you really wish to crave home like experience in cappadocia and want to spend time talking to local people, and learning the history, architecture of such a wonderful place like cappadocia, you know where to head to… With loads of love and fond memories, thank you Kismet Caves for such a rich experience ❤️

Wonderful, we were greeted by Mr. Faruk and he helped us with everything we needed. The room was clean and the breakfast a delight, everything is made and prepared by them, everything is bio as they say 😍. A beautiful and wonderful family that doesn't say no and helps you with what they can to make you feel good. I highly recommend it to those who love the old fashioned way because the hotel is old-fashioned and made us remember our childhood 😍. Thank you very much for the welcome and I hope to see you again in the future 😉

Lovely family run hotel. Excellent breakfast friendly service. Fresh local ingredients. They provided excellent information about local entertainment options. We ended up going to tours with other guests in the hotel. We would come back again and highly recommend this place.

I am conflicted in my feelings towards this place but I am surprised at how glowing all the reviews have been when the place is run down and dirty and really needs updating in terms of the facilities. There was a layer of thick dust over the furniture that you could write your entire family's names in. Having said this, Sahin and his family running the place were the most loveliest of people and very friendly and personable but unfortunately the facilities themselves fall way short of what tourists expect today. Some updating of all rooms and maintenance is essential. Even the shower door couldn't close properly in the room we had. They also seem to constantly run out of supplies at breakfast which cannot be explained when you are hosting a hotel. They should not be running out of basics like juice and milk during the service. I repeat that the owners are lovely which is why I feel terrible to say that the hotel needs maintenance and updating.

Clean, roomy, excellent breakfast, characterful, conveniently located, reasonably priced: these are things one could say of many hotels: but here they also provide that thing so lacking elsewhere: a truly warm welcome. This is traditional Tukish hospitality at its best, where one is regarded more as a family member than a guest. The place is an attraction in itself: go there and you won't want to leave. Very good at arranging excursions, trips to sites, and sound advice. Look no further for your hotel in Goreme.
