This hotel is not a 5* resort. The experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible and traumatic. The staff are rude, from day 1 my family were excited to enjoy our holiday, breakfast in the morning tried to get someone to take drinks order, the staff would disappear with the order and not come back. After 2 days of this gave up and served my self. If you asked staff anything they responded aggressively. It made the holiday experience absolutely awful. The reception staff were also rude and dismissive. You call them about something they hang up before you’ve finished talking. The bedrooms are definitely not 5* star. The rooms were dirty and the bed sheets were never changed. I had to call repeated to have changed. The food was always the same, there was no theme night. There was a microwave which I found, however I did not want to use as it was filthy. It was clear that it had not been cleaned for a while. The swimming pool was good, but I would say we spent our time there to avoid the staff. The kids club was pathetic, there was nothing much to do there, there was no planned activities, the staff did not speak English so couldn’t communicate with my children. The children’s play park is unsafe, on one evening there was a boy playing on the swings, it suddenly collapsed with the boy in it and luckily did not fall on any of the children, the boy looked traumatised. But clearly shows that equipment is not checked for safety especially when it relates to children. My family have been on a number of holiday and the way staff behave affects the whole experience of the holiday. The staff in this hotel really ruined our holiday and I will never go back or recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel does not meet the 5* standard. Me and my family were disappointed with the hotel for various reasons which I have outlined below. 1. Staff- The staff were incredibly rude and unfriendly at the reception, main restaurant and bar. I would ask a question with the aim of making it as easy as possible to understand and the response was often a sharp ‘what’. The staff were unhelpful, abrupt and abrasive and I would have to prompt them to get more information (e.g. on spa/taxi’s etc). The staff seemed seriously miserable and unapproachable. One of the mornings, one of the waiters was very aggressively clearing a coffee cup and it broke over me (I don’t know how he did this) and he just walked off and didn’t apologise or acknowledge what happened. I was shocked and actually quite upset. In addition, we noticed the waiters would serve drinks to others but no one would serve our table. I have a big family (12 members) and we asked if we could join tables and they said it was not allowed so we had to sit separately. I had been to a 5* hotel in Morocco with my family recently and they were highly accommodating to us and had a table ready for us for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They had a well deserved tip at the end. In comparison, the staff were unfriendly and made the experience unpleasant. 2. Room- In my bathroom, there was mould around the sink and the overall cleanliness of the room and bathroom was unsatisfactory. My sheets were not cleaned and I had to call them to get them changed. The mini fridge made a really loud buzzing noise throughout the night and it would wake me up. The rooms were spread across the resort and it took 10minutes to walk to the main area. The signage to the rooms were confusing and the numberings did not make sense, which led to me getting lost a few times. In the night, it would be particularly harder to navigate when it was dark and there were only few spot lights. 3. Restaurant/Snack Bar- The main restaurant was okay (apart from the staff). The meats were tasty and there was a good selection at dinner. The snack bar by the main pool was more to our liking for lunch time. 4. Bar/seating area- The bar and seating area was situated outside and was dark and cold in the evenings. We would have liked if there had been an indoor bar / seating area as well, where you can hang out and play family games. 5. Entertainment- My nieces enjoyed the kids disco in the evening. The daily listed entertainment however was awful. I did not find most of the performances ‘family friendly’. 7. Other facilities Spa- The spa and hammam was nice. The spa was right next to the kids park and water park so it was a bit noisy. Pools/Water park - The water slides was fun and my family enjoyed the pools. You would need to walk out of the pool area to go to the spa to get towels which was a bit of a walk. It would have been useful to have towel huts closer to the pools. Kids Park - the park was extremely unsafe for the kids,

Very dirty room. Very disappointed. Rang reception and they sent someone with anti bacterial spray and a mop and he wiped down the dirty surfaces. This is definitely NOT 5 star accommodation. Theres three people in this room and not enough room to move around. Need to sleep. Tui rep didn’t sound surprised. That was a concern too! We came to celebrate my grandson’s 10th birthday 😔

We spent 10 days in Baia Salima Kemer. On reception we had a nice receiving over Can and room was beautiful. Cleaned every day. Beach is nice, you can chose between sand on the right side, or over the small stones on the left side or beautiful sea wooden dock for jumping in. Sea is very clear and warm. Hotel area is very beautiful, like a natural botanical park, full of greens, grass is beautiful, tress and flowers all over. Kids club and aqua park is great, mini disco also. Spa is nice, but we were on much better hammam foam massage. Very expensive for what they offer. Ala carte restaurant is great, have to visit. Desert could be better for a la carte restaurant. But big, huge minus for flies all over the restaurant, all over the food offer. You can’t eat, they are flying into your eyes, mouth … crazy. Hotel has fly detector but it has to have more or them, better approach to a problem, and final solution. This is just not acceptable

Check in was fine and were taken to our rooms by buggy, the accommodation was fine but the floor was dirty when entering, it was tastefully decorated. The room was just nice, not luxurious ( I have stayed in several 5 star Türkiye hotels), the bathroom had a shower door missing, but didn't realise until later in the holiday, it was in a nice location and set up of the rooms within the wooded resort was nice. The rooms were cleaned daily and mini bars filled every day, but there was only 1 glass and no cups in the room to use. Plenty of storage space. The outside steps up to the room were dirty and never cleaned. Most of the staff were nice and helpful, but a few were only happy when you were tipping them. The pools were nice and clean and there were plenty of sunbeds. There was a small water park to use, the food in the restaurant wasn't the best, there was choice but most of the time the food was cold, all the food was in covered trays, none were cooked in front of you. The food at lunch time by the pool was good and warm. The bars were fine and drinks were branded but had to pay for top shelf drinks - not what you expect from an ultra all inclusive, we did not use the a la carte restaurant as it was closed but would not have paid the 25 euro each to eat in there. Beach was full of pebbles not sandy a the picture. Overall I would rates as a 4 star, we did like the location and set up of the room within a wooded area, the main thing that let it down was the food (3 star). The resort is not worth the Tui Platinum or 5 star rating. We went to relax for 10 days and this is what we did. Thankyou.

THE HOTEL This hotel is ultra all inclusive however I couldn't see how it has a Platinum 5 star rating! We have stayed in many other hotels with better cleanliness and better rooms, that were 3 or 4 star. However: ROOM Room description is poor. Rooms are small and not the luxury that you would expect for a platinum hotel. We have stayed in hotels with 4 and even 3 Star ratings with better rooms. Room towels were often tatty, fraying and rough, one day they are bath sheet size next bath towel size . Pot luck really. Bed sheets are changed frequently but have had holes in on a couple of occasions. Personally I wish that they supplied a top sheet as well as the cotton throws provided. Toilet rolls. Well, we had none replaced for the first seven days ,so restocked ourselves from the communal toilets! As it was the same in the communal toilets maybe everyone else was doing this too. Then all of a sudden 5 appeared! TV has just one English channel that was BBC world news. Again we have stayed in hotels with a large selection of English channels. As Turkey is two hours ahead of the UK. It would have been good to catch up with some of our favourite programs when returning to our room at night. Also it did rain a couple of evenings so we went back to the room as the bars were full. Snacks and Minibar were restocked each day, with Beer and Soft drinks . Rooms are in blocks of 3 or 4 two storey high and sound travels? If you are unlucky enough to have noisy guests in any of the rooms in the block this will disturb you. Steps up to the room were quite steep and poorly lit at night. RESTAURANT Staff generally were really lovely others came across as rude. Some speak English but most don't. Other guests were pushing and shoving at times and had no concept of queueing or manners. They would never move out of your way . English Guests were in a minority whilst we were there. We were particularly lucky and happy to sit in an area of the restaurant outside, where two lifelong friends worked together. Serkan and Ahmet. They were so polite and efficient. They found us a table each time we visited the restaurant. They made sure that we had everything that we needed and we felt that nothing was too much trouble. Their other friend Sirtip was equally helpful and friendly. Also there was hardworking Osmar who kept my husband amused with his cheeky antics. Food was very traditional and a bit repetitive. Some was a bit bland. The food was cooked well but sadly often cold. There was a selection of cakes and pastries and fresh fruit for dessert. Oh and if you don't like people smoking then sit inside the restaurant! You can't escape this anywhere outside on the site. SNACK BAR The snack bar had a good choice of food the options were the same every day but good. Pizza freshly cooked. Burgers also freshly cooked and fries. Pasta, chicken, Dona Kebab and a good selection of salads. Fresh fruit and Doughnuts. Also a good choice of of ice cream flavours availab
