We booked this for a 7 night stay via ***********. It was selected as was in a convenient location for our needs. There are positives and negatives: Positives: ＞ Polite, knowledgeable and friendly reception team available 24/7. ＞ Clean room and common areas ＞ Cleaners in alternate days, (albeit early) - so we put the ”Do not Disturb”notice on the door. ＞ Large, comfortable bed ＞ Excellent shower, plenty of hot water. ＞ Air conditioning (but we did not need to use it). ＞ Good kitchen facilities, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle. Fading. Could be 5 stars but is only 3.5. The staff are nice but the main reason we used to stay here was the pool. However that now does not open until 12..or later some days and it closes at 7pm. Therefore on arrival it was closed and on check out day you cannot use it at all. The bar has no draught beer...just a few bottles and closes at 4 pm. Many people were trying to order during those times but nobody was there to take their orders. Sat and Sun there were 30 people plus on the roof until 8pm and wanted to spend their money but could not! Madness. Some days there was a life guard sitting by an empty pool and other days when the pool was busy..no lifeguard. The Aircon works but is noisy. The TV is an antique and most channels do not work. There was a heatwave but you get one free water each on day one but no more than that even if you pay for 7 or 14 nights. Wifi works but you have to login everyday. Hotel is in a great place but Las Palmas is noisy, dusty and a little fragrant at times! If the main company, Eurostars would look afresh here and spend some money on a refresh then this could be a 5 star. Until then we will stay elsewhere, most probably.

These apartments are in a great location near the beach, plenty of good restaurants in the area and a supermarket a couple of minutes walk up the road. The apartment was clean and modern, a bit smaller than I expected but comfortable. However there was two problems with the apartment, the sound proofing is rubbish and there was a distinct smell of stale smoke, smoking on the balcony with the doors open will easily allow the smoke to enter the apartment. There was a great combination shower with plenty hot water and the staff were very helpful.

The location is excellent, just beside the most lively beach in Las Palmas, there is nothing nearby. The nearest bus stop is just two steps away. The bus on the island is very developed. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The hotel is on the left. A large supermarket, daily necessities, fruit is still very cheap, it is closed at nine o'clock, pay attention in advance, because it is very close to the beach, swimming and sun is also very convenient. The room is very spacious, the two of us have anything to put, the bed is not too narrow, the bathroom is very spacious, and the cleaning is very clean The front desk is very welcoming and will say hello every time you enter or leave the hotel. There are not many types of breakfast, but there are some, fruit and meat, various bread, egg, ham, sausage, coffee juice, it is worth mentioning that there are freshly squeezed juice and yogurt, very good to drink The hotel has two terraces for sunbathing and the scenery is great. First we receiver a room on 6th floor, 604. Outside the hotel, aprox 1 meter from the entrance there is a highway with 6 files, heavy and fast traffic 24/7. It was like the beds were placed in the middle of the highway, no sleep that night, called the reception at 5:30 in the morning to change room. We had two choices, one at the first floor at the highway and one with the view to a black wall, but quiet. A small room, probably a single room because there were only one towel and one papercoup. Well we felt the odour in the bathroom but not as heavy as day two, today. I nearly throw up and had to leave the bathroom. It said it should be shampoo with conditioner but of course it wasn’t, it was very dirty in the shower with a lot of black mowl. The hairdryer was screeming when I used it. My husband booked this as a birthday travel and stay during his birthday. It is the most horrible stay we ever had in a hotel and we have made many trips. In the description of the location of the hotel you get the impression that it is just beside the beach. IT IS NOT!! You are located at the highway. Do not go here if you are not forced to. We moved out two days before our check out and moved to a very good hotel, far away from the highway and close to las Canteras. Ps to the manager do not bother to explain this. Do your work and see to that all Windows Will be changed to 4-glass.

We were placed here due to a 35 hour delay over 200 guests and the hotel dealt really well with tired stressed passengers it is not where we wanted to be but they have dealt with the whole situation very well and compassionately unlike tui who left us stranded

GGuest UserGreat location but the hotel is too dark, and lacks any atmosphere. There is no information pack or anything in the room that explains about the hotel and what is available and I thought this was very poor for a so called 5 star hotel and I have never experienced this before. The de luxe double room, although a decent size is a terrible design - you go to the seperate toilet (next to a great shower room)and then you have to go to the sink, which is in the middle of the room by the wardrobes. How unhygienic is this!! Despite paying over £3000 for a 7 day holiday, this hotel charges you for the large four poster style beds by the pool if you use them and if you use the roof top beds and infinity pools, that will also cost you 50 euros per day. They had an A la Cart menu in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner but this was very poor. 4 times in seven days they had no Advocardo’s. Twice I asked the chef at the buffet counter what the fish was and he did not know. Signage at the buffet counters is very poor - these were often mixed up or not there at all. If you have a severe nut allergy this hotel is not for you. They have a dress code in the restaurant in the evenings, but this is not in force, as there were many occasions where men were allowed in wearing shorts….so no dress code at all! They have a decent sized gym, but it’s right next to the smoking area. Smoking is not permitted in the bedroom and balconies we were told yet nearly every evening we could smell cigarette smoke if we left our balcony door open. Complained but no action was taken. As far as I can tell by reading all the reviews for this hotel, some of the complaints that I have made have been made by other people, so the company is clearly not acting on these. This is why I have only given them 2 stars, which is very poor for such a great location. Change of management needed clearly!

We have stayed previously and bed and breakfast .. breakfast was a highlight so when we saw an offer with half board as a free upgrade we knew it was going to be a winner. We weren’t disappointed as every night the meal was exceptional and the best thing about the place is the restaurant team and their constant smiles and service. The room is perfect for what we needed as we’re out most of the day. Pool robot is another highlight when you’re chilling at night. Goodbye gift 🎁 a really nice touch plus welcome Prosecco another extra little touch. Only drawback to this place which we love is the visitors to the hotel on spas days. Highlight potato salad ….

HHUIHUAVery suitable for parent-child vacation, the hotel has arranged a lot of programs from morning to night. The design details of the hotel are super beautiful and ubiquitous, perfect African style. There are 9 swimming pools, you can definitely find the place you want to lie down and relax. There is a long row of shopping festivals and small restaurants at the entrance of the hotel. The Tujiu restaurant is the most authentic and delicious. The Chinese boss behind the scenes is super enthusiastic about us every time we eat After sending a large glass of wine, take a 7-minute taxi ride from the center of the dunes

Yes, price is good and to it's location, it is close to shopping centre, restaurants and supermarkets. Staff are helpful. Buffet breakfast is good. Breakfast restaurant is on the top level of this hotel, we can enjoy stunning ocean view and sunlight while having breakfast. It is bonus. However, a minor thing I like to share is during busy morning especially when restaurant is full house, it always running out of coffee cups, juice glasses as well as cereal bowls. I cannot have to wait a long while for these 3 times from my 5 days breakfast. Maybe hotel can put some signage to suggest guests be eco-friendly minded to re-use glass, cup and bowl when refill. As I have seen some have 5 -6 cups and glass on a table. Bed is comfortable, room is clean with basic things you need. Yes, no electric kettle, no slippers as standard 3 stars hotel do. So, I have no complaint. There has no more noise from constructions, as this is my concern after reading other travelers comments in the pass. So I think all is done. Hotel locates next to taxi, bus station but not close to beach area. It's no problem to me for this winter travel. I am very happy for all. Definitely recommend it to others.

When we left, the receptionist has called me attention and insisted on the recovery of that amount, it was not enough to give her data as if it was a criminal, for I invited him to go up to my room. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. ADRMAS has no air conditioning, and is supplied with a noisy fan with which you can't sleep.

LLara PThe beds were very uncomfortable or I would of returned to the hotel the beds moved on wheels and were very squeaky even if moved slightly , I did mention but they didn’t seem bothered , also the family pool bar staff never acknowledged you standing there just ignored you whilst putting out glasses we were all inclusive and hardly had any drinks the children’s entertainment staff were excellent but not much in kids club going on location was ok needed a bus though

overall a very good stay.The hotel was clean and the staff very nice.The girls who managed the bars were lovely and friendly. Juan was also very professional. The entertainment was a little disappointing most nights. The two drinks policy very annoying, particularly as the beer measures are small enough anyway. rooms were clean but I found the poor fitting glass doors on the bathroom entrance very awkward, why was there a need to do this. Surely no one wants to see other people using the bathroom. It would also be nice to be able to get water for free throughout the hotel at all times of the day. A complimentary changing and shower room for departing guests would be extremely helpful and would go a long way in helping people want make a decision to return again. I found all the reception staff most helpful and friendly. It's a shame the gym entrance cannot be reached via the hotel. I did like the fact there was always plenty of sunbeds available for everyone.
